SCAM! Faulty products, no honour of warranty, no replacements
After they promise to send the kettle after the details have been given - they still have not sent their replacement. Promises and apologies constantly but still no tracking number or refund. It’s been two months of emailing back and forth and they say they will send it but they don’t.
Perfect size for me, easy to operate and clean. So far very happy with it.
No response from customer service. It’s easy to offer a great warranty since they’ve decided not to respond to customer support requests. I just hate that I believed in this brand too much.
I have been trying to contact them for two weeks now over a warranty issue concerning their grinder. The grinder no longer works and I expected so much more from this company. Tried emailing them several times to their support and calling the phone number listed on their website. Says it is down for maintenance. I really loved the grinder and workmanship of the product but now I'm left wondering about this company and customer service. I hope they prove me wrong and I hear from them.
The kettle works well, but the seller sent the wrong color and ignored all communication for weeks. I had to open a PayPal case to get a partial refund.
When they finally replied after almost a month, instead of acknowledging the mistake, they claimed no error had been made, despite clear photo evidence and box labeling.
Really disappointed by the customer service. Wouldn’t order again.
