Coastal removals ,Beware of this company
I booked a removal of 2 settees to go from my house o my sons
The 2 men were trying to get a 3 seater settee through my front door upright ,it obviously wasn't going o through that way,but they were trying to force it through
I suggested they put it on an angle which is the easiest way
They did that and delivered it to my son's about 3 miles from me
I was told it had been damaged by my son,do I went to see it for myself and was horrified to see he damage.
The settee was ripped at each end,I took photos and contacted the company
I was told it was too big to go though he door
As it came in that way when I got it without damage and my new one one which is even bigger came through without damage I saw it was just an excuse for their incompetence
I rang the company to complain and was scoffed at offering me £20
I asked about their insurance by message as hey had put their phone to answer ,and not got back o me
