I was initially very nervous to attend the Coastal Gals Group and attend a meet up but after attending my first walk I came away grateful for the connections I had made and with a new sense of confidence! I have now attended several of the walks and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting new, like minded girls💕Thalia is amazing at planning beautiful scenic walks so the views are great too. If you are thinking of going to a walk, please do… you won’t regret it!!🥾🍀💖

If you’re thinking about joining a Coastal Gals meet-up but feeling a little nervous, I’d really encourage you to give it a go. I attended my first walk feeling quite anxious and unsure of what to expect, but from the moment I arrived I felt so included! As someone who can feel really anxious in new situations, I appreciated how friendly and welcoming everyone was.

Thalia planned the first walk around Haldon Forest creating the perfect opportunity to chat and connect with other like-minded women in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s clear that every meet-up is planned with so much care and attention to detail. Ending the morning with a café stop was a lovely touch, giving everyone the chance to continue chatting and getting to know each other. 💕

I’m so glad I stepped outside my comfort zone and went. I’d highly recommend Coastal Gals to anyone looking to meet new people, build confidence, or simply be part of a supportive community. If you’re thinking about joining, this is your sign to go for it. 🫶🏼

I joined this group near the start of the year and I’m so happy I did! Being in your 20s working an isolated job and not meeting anyone my age is very tricky and I wanted to meet more like minded people which is why I joined. I’ve been on most group meet ups and met some really wonderful people and been to some lovely places and had the best time 🤍 so grateful to have found the group and Thalia it’s such a beautiful space and I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone I meet feeling the same as I did 🥹💫🩷
