Coach Rentals Recensioni

AVOID AVOID AVOID- PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They allow coach companies to scam its customers. I booked GB Coach Hire through them. I paid a deposit of £200.00 from a total of £900.00 for a coach with driver to Maidstone. I kept contacting Yusuf for a method to pay the balance of the trip 21 days before travel. He ignored my emails and had the audacity to WhatsApp me the day before travel demanding £700 cash. I had already booked another coach company because I had no faith anyone was going to turn up. Luckily, I had paid the deposit with a credit card, so I could get my money back. I have seen reviews where others weren't so fortunate. A total scam!

Yusuf excepted booking for a golf day and txt 24 min before pick up and cancelled our bus he has then failed to refund the monies.

Not good business ethics he advertises as GB mini bus hire also.

I worked with this company for 3 journeys for a group of 13 women from the States.

Each driver arrived early and was extremely kind.

The owner is incredibly quick to communicate, kind and helpful.

I’ve working with other transportation companies in the UK- and this is definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. If I bring groups back to London I definitely plan to use them again!

Thank you! We are delighted with your service and look forward to continuing working with you.

Scam, all the reviews are fake, they take the money via a different company name and process payment through this one..bus won't turn up and they don't hand out a refund lost £500 to these spineless people

Everything was perfect.
We went to London with a group of students of 25 from Hungary.
We were continuously in contact with the company, they informed us about everything.
Th driver was great, helpful, skilled, and punctual.
I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Easy online quotation process and found them to be competitive on price. Booking was made, had great communication from Riz who ensured all details were correct. The mini bus arrived on time, drived us safely to our destination and again on the way back. Nice and easy, they way I like it! Would use again without a doubt.

Cancelled day before wedding!
Had booked a coach to transport guests to and from my wedding… I had received an email from them less than 24 hours before due to ‘mechanical issues’ and they said they had zero availability. Understand that sometimes issues can come up, but my wedding was on a Wednesday so would imagine that they would have at least some sort of a replacement. Not the stress you need before your wedding! Wouldn’t recommend booking with them. Got refunded for the deposit I had already paid, but that didn’t really suffice!

A brilliant experience from start to finish.
Riz couldn’t have done more to help us and communication was excellent.
A very reasonable efficient company who we will use again

Terrible company. Scammers. Avoid.

Took a tour from glagow to edinbrugh driver was very friendly and cooperative, definitely would recommend this service.

Great service!
Communications where great and everything was timed perfectly.

Riz was incredibly helpful in planning our day, super communicative and responsive at all times of day, accommodating our regularly changing schedule which I really appreciated. The day ran like clockwork, very friendly and prompt driver. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely use your services again. Thank you!

Very helpful agent. Riz answered all my queries and this company is 100% legit. Thank you for the service!

Very knowledgeable and reliable safe drivers, made the journey easy with good talk, will use them again in couple of months

Extremely helpful and quick😊
I was in London in February, left a mobile in their van. Driver Jesse sent in back to my home address in Croatia.
I'm thankful to the company and the driver. Rarely do we meet such kindness nowedays.

Booked a coach for a Hen-do for me & my mates.

Driver was amazing in every aspect, Had an excellent music taste & wasnt annoyed by our singing.

Couldnt have hoped for a better service from the booking process to the journey. Made our journey worthwhile.

Thank you to Riz & Aaron for their services.

We booked a 49 seater coach from this company and very happy with the service . Highly recommends coach rentals.
