After School Rugby Club on school premises
SW UK based Rugby coaching for primary school children in my case.
Because the coaching was promoted by the school but payment didn’t go through school payment portal (the payment goes via ClassforKids portal) there is no way for undelivered sessions, of which there were 4 in total, to be refunded. The first missed session refund was received, which took multiple messages requesting refund, initially asking for cancellation, then a fairly long time to see the money in my account.
Several of the parents were ghosted and had no way of contacting the coach directly. No messaging via ClassforKids portal and doesn’t respond to emails.
He didn’t turn up to the last session of term 6. We just received a text, which we couldn’t respond to, saying his car was blocked in and couldn’t get to the session.
We feel disappointed, as we paid up front and there is zero mechanism now to get our money back.
Our school will not be using this coach again due to our complaints. I am owed £15, as are many others, some are owed £20.
