Brilliant Brilliant Company & Service
This Company is a life saver. They have rescued me from the evil, money grabbing tyranny of Quooker!! (The exact same cylinder is twice what the wonderful CO2 YOU charge!) The deliver service with DPD is really well thought throu and planned, with great comms before and after. All my interactions over the last 2 yrs with the staff have been great, super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly if you have soda stream devices or Quooker… these guys will save you a fortune annually… and give a better service!! Thanks to all the team at CO2 YOU. 🙏🏽🤙🏽🙌🏽 from Fin.

Always efficient and responsive on the phone and the online service. Flexible on dates, and delivery via DPD means it's reliable with no hanging around all day. Would recommend.

I really wanted to like this company, but the experience has been frustrating and inconsistent.

The subscription model sounds simple, but in practice it’s quite inflexible. You’re required to return cylinders on a fixed schedule, even if they’re not empty, which means you can end up paying for gas you haven’t used. With no way of knowing exactly how much is left in a cylinder, this feels unfair from a consumer point of view.

Communication has also been confusing. I was initially told that non-CO2 YOU cylinders could be returned and credited, but later told this wasn’t the case. That kind of inconsistency makes it difficult to trust what you’re being told. It turns out the process wasn’t explained clearly.

On top of that, resolving issues can be difficult. Much of the communication feels automated, and it took several attempts before I was able to speak to someone who could actually understand and resolve the situation.

To be fair, once I did reach a human, they were helpful and did resolve my issue, but it shouldn’t take that much effort to get there.

Overall, the service feels more structured around the company’s processes than the customer’s needs. With a bit more flexibility and clearer, consistent communication, it could be a much better experience.

I mean this constructively because it could be such a good model.

This company took money from my account automatically for cannisters I didn't want. They insist on sending them and made me pay to pause them. Then when I finally cancelled they gave me 5 days to get a lot of heavy full canisters back to them under threat of taking action on us holding their property. Offered no refund. Threatening policies served with a passive aggressive smile. Horrible horrible company. Don't go near

Really great service from CO2 You! Cylinder delivery is really convenient, and the price is very reasonable. It saves me carrying heavy cylinders to the shop for exchange. The customer service is really excellent, too! Friendly, quick and efficient. I have recommended CO2 You to many friends.

Easy to order. Easy to contact and communicate with a human ( rather than online).
Bottles of gas last a lot longer than the competitors product which I used to order and it’s easy as CO2 YOU collect the old canisters and re deliver full gas canisters. Thank you to the team at CO2 YOU 👏👏👏

We've been in their subscription for a year now. Very swift delivery or easy ordering process.

Been on the recurring plan for over a year now and it’s brilliant. I’ll be honest.
At first I was a bit nervous the quality wouldn’t match the ones that come with the machine, but I’ve had absolutely no problems at all. Great product, easy process, always delivered on time, and the notifications keep you in the loop. Haven’t tried the machine yet but that’s probably my next step. Highly recommend.
