This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous. Their online security is not good at all. Someone use my account to purchase something and I told them that and told them to return the items and they asked me to pay for the postage to return, I said yes it's better than getting nothing, they then told me that although there's missing items, I still have to pay for all that. It's overdue but the item only arrives 4 days ago and I cannot get refund although there's something missing from scammer order which means I will still need to pay for something that I didn't order. Even though I say ok, I'll take the hit and pay for them but in that order, something's missing and I still need to pay for the missing items. Really absurd. Don't use this people. They steal your account and buy things and if you find out, they will still charge you for it. Real Scammer

Don't use this service

Don't use this service, really bad experiences.
1. My parcel was in transit for 65 days and still didn't received them. They charged me 60 bucks for 2 pounds good.
2. It always take 1-2 days until customer support replies to your question, it's never realtime so you can't get any problem resolved.
3. You can never call through their phone
4. No refund or anything if the parcel is missing or delayed for 2 months.
5. It took 1-2 weeks for them to pack your goods and ship, which is counter effective as you paid high fee for faster transportation like DHL which only took a week but you waste another 2 weeks on them packing stuff.
6. The charge is always higher then the initial quote they told you after they packaged it.
7. I don't think the weight is accurate.

Don't use this company!!!!

Don't use this company. It took a week for them to update the parcel status, I still waiting for their update. Hope they don't lose my parcel

Sorry for your inconvenience. Please kindly note that 2017-10-15 was Sunday and we did not work on that day. So the ZhongTong courier delivered your package on Oct 17,2017, Please understand, thanks. Due to careless of Zhongtong courier, part of the second express list was teared off by him when delivered(They need this list to check) on Oct, 17, then the second express list was incomplete. We could not scan the express list without a complete tracking number, the result was we could not know whom the packages belonged to. So we could not update the tracking info. We have already told the express shipping company to take care about it in the future.

10天准时到,而且客服服务态度超好的!东西都包的好好的,玻璃制品都没打碎,是寄给在美国的女朋友的,她收到东西很开心。我又寄了一大堆东西到法国,期待中。

Not worth it!

I just had 2 different experiences in 2 different company, which is Cnstorm and Superbuy.

Cnstorm: 1item only(Ifetch), 2400g, shipping with EMS, and it cost me RMB$303.82. (The price I pay actually is for DHL because the package can come earlier, so I didn't mind to pay little bit more compare with EMS, then I got an email say I need to pay even more due to oversize or I can pick EMS instead. So at the end I choose EMS but they didn't refund any money back.)

Superbuy: 38items, 6400g (including a sewing machine), shipping with Australia line, and it only cost me RMB$328. (I paid $374 first, and then they put all the items in one box and get rid of the unnecessary bags and such. Turn out they give me back $374-$328= $46)

So now you know, Cnstorm Bad!

As to the charges:
1. As you said that your product at CNstorm was oversized. If you checked DHL official website's shipping charge guidelines, you will know that products which are oversized should be charged Volumetric Weight. DHL Volumetric Weight=length*wideth*hight/5000, the shipping fee would be more expensive for oversized product than EMS. So our customer service recommended you to ship by EMS, which only charges according to weight (No Volumetric Weight) that can save your money. If your payment is more than needed, you can email our customer service to refund the extra money back. Normally, the over paid money will be returned to your CNstorm Balance, Have you checked it?

2. As to Superbuy, CNstorm can also collect all your items together then ships out at once (No service fee).

3. Shipping method, Do not judge a company is good or bad only according its price. You know that different types of products can only have different shipping method which you can find at DHL, UPS, EMS and so on. Such as electronic products, liquid product, powder product and normally etc. That means some products can only ship by EMS or DHL or Australia line. Or if your are choosing the wrong shipping method, your products may be detained by custom.

I have no idea how to reply you so I just updated my review instead. My user name is not same as the one I use here because I did buy a dog launcher via your company from China.

As for your reply:
1. According to the Shipping calculator that you send me, 2400g, Volumetric Weight 33*31*28(as the email you send it to me) via EMS The shipping price should be $275 not $303.82. And of course I had checked my balance account, nothing paid back. And I think customer should know about the Volumetric Weight before pay for the shipping payment.

2. The package that you send had absolutely no extra room to put anything else. So picture if I purchase even more items via your company, doesn't it mean I need to pay even more? Because what I had ordered in Superbuy, I am sure the package will be much more and bigger than what you had delivered (38items including a sewing machine, 30*5.7*5.7cm glass bottom, a big size book, kitchen tool..)

3.Please do not tell me how to judge, well, at least I said "please". You guys are the seller and we are the buyer. I think the price is pretty important for us to decide what should we go next, unless you are like super rich!

Lastly please do not try to fix this by asking me for details. I have already had the negative experience hence the negative review. Hopefully your company can learn from the mistakes made that caused me to write this review.

1. The total payment include: shipping fee + packing material fee + extra service fee (such as remove the tags if you choose, take pictures if you choose) , if over-charged, we will refund the extra payment.

2. It depends on your product type and the shipping method you choose. Different product type has different shipping method. By the way, We also have Australia line which is cheaper than DHL or EMS. You can check at our shipping calculator: http://www.cnstorm.com/index.php?route=help/tools

3. We apologize for that. We have multiple shipping method, customers can estimate shipping fee before order according his/her product type.

服务好,价格透明

跟其他淘宝代购转运公司比较后,CNstorm比另外几个价格更加透明,看起来更加专业,这次用了感觉服务超棒,客服让我合理的避税,之前找其他公司代购了几次都要我交税我都快吐血了,CNstorm的运费比较过,DHL EMS 都是官方价格的5折,以后淘宝代购就找CNstorm了

IT sucks!

After 3 months my order still not arrived !

I ordered something at CNstorm 3 months ago.

CNstorm tell me that the order had already shipped to Denmark.

The Denmark Post tell that nothing has arrived and that THE order is still in China!
