I contacted Clutter B Gone after seeing an advert on Instagram. Alex got back to me very quickly and I shared that I'd got myself into a situation with clutter in my flat. I have two rooms that need to be de-cluttered. Lots of stuff in a one-bed flat and it all got overwhelming. I was super embarrassed to share photos but Alex was so kind and reassuring. After sending the images she was good at reassuring me that they could help. Derek came to help, and he did such an amazing job of getting me organised and gave me back so much space in my living room. He was supportive, kind and diligent. So thankful for his help and I will absolutely be booking Clutter B Gone to come back and help me sort out my bedroom which is also a right pickle. If you're in doubt about getting help, don't think twice, make the call. You won't regret it.

Rich, came to my home today And helped me de-Clutter years of unwanted Items and clothing from my home. I was so impressed with the results halfway through I had already booked in my next appointment.

Wow, amazing! Such a lovely guy Richie is, so understanding, non judgemental. He worked hard and took time to listen to my needs with what to keep or give away or sell. Loads of bags of things gone and I can now see my whole floor!!

My dad passed away two years ago and with my two older sisters living abroad for work, I’ve been the one having to hold the fort at the family home which meant mostly working from home and a whole host of new responsibilities including general house maintenance/diy/cleaning, and looking after my mum. Being a 5-6 bedroom house this was no easy feat alone, and resulted in my own bedroom being the dumping ground, ensuring that communal areas were habitable. Every time I attempted to start tackling the mountain of clothes and paperwork and clutter, I just got so overwhelmed.

This summer, my sister is visiting from Australia with some friends. I have been sleeping in the spare/guest room (which they needed) and I didn’t want to have to deal with the embarrassment of them seeing the state of my floor and bed. Queue frantically googling professional services to help me. I feel so blessed to have found Clutter-b-Gone (have a look at their Instagram - flawless achievements!).

Alex was so prompt to respond to my query via their website on WhatsApp and, after I mustered up the courage to send a video to her of the damage, I booked in for two dates with Rich. Better late than never!

Rich arrived in great timing on the first day so that we could have a chat before starting work promptly at 9am.Turned out to be one of the most fulfilling days of my life. I was amazed at how structured and efficient he was at organising and we had some lovely conversations, it was like hanging out with an old friend! Given how stressed I was, I wouldn’t have been able to get even close to what Rich was able to accomplish with such ease, by myself, and definitely not after just two 7h days; really thought we’d need to extend as there was quite a lot to sort through.

Blown away by the quality and speed of work of this company at such affordable prices too. So grateful and already recommending these miracle workers to everyone I know. I am very likely to book in again for another part of the house soon…

We did slightly run out of time but it didn’t take me long at all to finish (pretty much was just last week’s laundry left lol), since the most gruelling part of it was conquered by Rich. The room has been transformed, such an incredible achievement, big hugs to Rich and Alex!

I first became aware of the guys at Clutter B Gone through a mental health support agency whilst I was in the midst of a double bereavement, an impending change of address and nigh on 50 years of accumulated belongings all of which had led me through one breakdown and fast approaching another ...

... thus I was simply blown away by Alex and the team’s efficiency, skill, professionalism, understanding, empathy, knowledge and no doubt several thesaurus full of hyperbole. Stood at my doorstep less than an hour after my first phone call the rest is truly the stuff of legend.
Simply put they are the true superheroes who have, over the months, brought me from the depths of despair through an intense and emotional decluttering of many fond memories, a caring, guiding hand to assist in choosing what to keep with me in my new flat, countless phone calls and discussions with contacts regarding my finances, bills, food shopping, cleaning, flat organisation, replacing old, worn out items with fresh new ones and help with looking for, shopping for and setting up all the things necessary for a fresh start. I now feel like I’ve known them all my life and consider them both a wonderful gift as well as a bunch of friends I’ll hopefully keep in touch with forever. It’s been tumultuous to say the least and there’s certainly still a way to go on this epic journey but Alex, Rich and Loretta have all excelled in their jobs and thus I owe them not only my gratitude but possibly my life as well.

Amazing! I asked for someone non judgemental to help sort out our house which is packed with toys and books and clothes and rubbish and had become totally overwhelming. Richie was brilliant. I immediately felt comfortable with him and was even happy to leave him getting on with things while I nipped to the shops. He dived straight in, sorted everything into piles, then basically held things up for me to say keep or go. Anything for charity he promised to take to the charity shop and all electricals etc for recycling. He took all the rubbish with him too. Just two days has transformed our living space and half way through the first day I booked him for two days next month too so we can tackle the kitchen and my clothes mountain on my ‘floordrobe’. He even helped me (well I watched and he did it) build a flatpack and hang a picture. I am so pleased I took the plunge - it’s been a bit like therapy and I didn’t feel at all embarrassed in front of him. Even better, I now won’t feel embarrassed for the kids to have play dates etc

I was recommended to this service via a friend. The great and prompt communication via what’s app made it easy to book. Professional, non judgmental and friendly Sinèad came to help declutter my parents house. She was efficient and quick.
It wasn’t cheap but definitely worth it to help us meet a deadline. I did find their prices cheaper than other decluttering companies I looked at however. I was very happy. Thank you.

I had got myself in a right pickle with my bedroom. Since being poorly and subsequently been registered disabled, it had got too, too much to do myself and was starting to get even more depressed with it all. So contacted Clutter-be-gone and arrived a true fairy godmother, aka Tanya!!! She was AMAZING!!!!! She gave me the strength to be brutal with my clothes. 7 bags of donations, 9 bags of rubbish and I can see my wardrobes, draws and floor. Booked again!!!!

Alex, Loretta and Sinead, what can I say, shear brilliance!!!! I have been battling with trying to get my living room loft and communal cupboards sorted for so long and I discovered these guys on Instagram. I was a little bit skeptic but after speaking to Alex on the phone I knew that they were the right people for the job. I finally booked it, paid the deposit and everything has been smooth sailing ever since.

These ladies are such hard workers. You feel completely safe with them and all Women team although they do have a male as well who is just as lovely. They came in and they hit the ground running within no time everything was done. I have my living room back. My loft is neat tidy and I’ll be able to find anything that I want and the cupboards are completely bare now so I can now organise things in the way that i want to. These women are so super talented and in fact I’m getting them back to organise the rest of my home now I can call it a home because of these ladies. If you want this sort of thing done I highly highly highly highly recommend them!!!!. They are brilliant they are really organised. They know what they’re doing. You feel safe, really comfortable they clean and tidy up after themselves. They just know what they’re doing so SUPER talented!!!!!!!!!!

Our two teenage girls had let their rooms go and needed a reset, which is why we called Clutter-b-Gone. The state of one room was, in our estimation, a full day’s work alone. Alex and Richie arrived promptly and got straight to work. Within four hours the rooms were transformed beyond recognition. Their judgement free and cheery approach was very much appreciated. They gave us very helpful advice around storage and took every bag of rubbish with them. They were an absolute delight - I hope I don’t need them again but would gladly call them if I did. Highly recommended.

For over a decade i have tried to reclaim my space and failed. It felt like asking for help was yet more failure. But i reached out to Clutter-b-gone, and it was genuinely transformative.

The staff were endlessly kind, never judgemental and felt like they truly wanted to help. They were always clear and concise. Even when Richie was late due to traffic, I was constantly informed.

Richie took all my shame and anxiety and threw it out with the rubbish. I felt incredibly comfortable with his help and kindness. He made me feel so much better about my decision to get help with my space, taking into account my needs with adhd and mental health.

And the result? A dirty, hoarded bedroom became a bright, tidy and streamlined space that i actually want to be in. In less than 4 hours!! I was so happy ! Everything makes sense now, i feel like i can finally maintain my own space. The mess is gone, the room is organized, and i feel a weight lifted.

Alex and her organisers are not just clutter busters, they are genuinely lovely people. It's obvious that they don't just do this to earn a living but to help people as well. From the moment you meet them, you feel like they are your long lost friends. People like me who have allowed ourselves to ignore the clutter we have built in parts of our lives can feel ashamed of ourselves. But not only do they not make you feel ashamed, their warmth and professional manner made me feel at completely at ease immediately. I trusted them totally with my things and I was right to!

Professional, polite, efficient, considerate, organised, fast!!! There are not enough adjectives to describe them. I wish I had known about them sooner as they have changed my life by what they did in my loft!

First I asked them to come and do the little bedroom. We needed the space clear, so that my son could actually use this room, it had turned into a dumping ground over time and he never could have his bedroom. Now he sleeps in there every night and there are not as many issues with getting him to bed. So the 2 bed apartment I have really needed a clear out and gutting, as they even filled up 5-6 large garbage bags of stuff I’m not going to miss, which I had to wade through every day just to get to my bed! Now the place is a calm, relaxing zen place, where we can relax unwind and have friends over! So grateful and happy with the job done, definitely worth every penny. I’m so happy, my partner and son are enjoying it already and it’s made for a happier loving home. That we can be proud of.

Loretta made me feel very comfortable she did not pressure me in any way she was was very encouraging and understanding she is very easy to talk to she is such a positive energy very focused she is a real person who is not perfect and is very honest about what she does. It was such a pleasure having her today I felt like I had a friend round helping me instead of a professional it’s was the best day I could have imagined to have this transition done and start a new chapter in my life with a declutterred room. What a great service.I wish I had found Clutter be gone ages ago.I was very anxious about the process but found Alex to be extremely professional and the booking process was very hassle free.When the two lovely ladies arrived arrived they put me at ease and worked tirelessly for two days to transform 2 of my very messy cluttered rooms.I did not feel judged and they gave sound advice and made good suggestions. If you are overwhemed or a hoarder like me, I suggest you just take the plunge... I feel so much lighter now and it has given me the push I needed to get on top of other areas of the house.Thanks so much Clutter be Gone!
