I have ordered herb plants from many suppliers all over the United States. I’m familiar with the best quality plants and the companies that have NO concern for the customer.Clover Gardens contacted me by phone about an issue I had. Unfortunately I was in the car and I’m currently having a glitch with incoming calls. I thought this representative from Clover was a telemarketer that continually calls. I thought this person was the telemarketer because of her unfriendly manner. Even after I apologized she still had an attitude. I refuse to deal with poor customer service. I deal with many companies who are extremely pleasant, so I have choices. Secondly, I spent over 70.00 with this company. Their shipping charges were extremely high . I originally sent an email asking for the customer service number because I thought I was missing part of my order. This representative was so rude I honestly never followed up. I won’t be shopping with them again!

I would prefer to leave 0 stars if I could. In trying to deal with them though Amazon’s site; I did not get a response. After calling several times and texting; I finally got a rude man on the phone who said that he was too busy to help me because he was the only person working today! I said I no longer wanted a replacement because of the way he talked to me on the phone! They sent me two sick herb plants and I had sent photos ! All he had to say was that I would be getting a refund but instead he told me I had written to them that I knew everything about plants. I did not say that! He told me I was rude in my text. I was not. Then he hung up the phone on me twice. Never apologized for the quality of the herbs he sent.
