We had window 4 panes to be replaced two fixed and two little windows that opened.
They were replaced and fitted in an hour.

So very pleased.

When Paul came to replace our window panes the wrong sizes were ordered. We explained the windows needed replacing within a tight timescale. Paul remeasured us he would pull out the stops to do the job, working to our timescales.
This occurred Friday lunchtime. As promised Paul turned up at 8am Tuesday and completed the job. What a star. Thank you

Can't fault James and his team James came round and measured 17 replacement windows and two weeks later they have fitted them excellent service from start to finish and the fitter did an brilliant job will be contacting them to replace the rest

I contacted Cloudy to Clear 4 weeks ago. I was told that the local agent would ring me. He hasn’t! Not impressed!!

I made an appointment for a trade to give me a quote on a blown window and 3 faulty handles. The assistant said was in my area on Wednesday this week. I said yes that’s fine but will not be in till 10.30 as had to take car to garage for mot. Arrived home at 10.15 and waited till 11.55 no one came called company who checked and said trade called just after 10 and assistant would call me back to rearrange. I wouldn’t mind but I specifically said I wouldn’t be there till around 10.30 and a courtesy phone call would have been nice to inform me trade was at my property instead I waited around for no reason not impressed. Hi first of all thank for responding much appreciated however I would like to clarify a couple of things yes when your assistant called me she did initially say 10 am but as I’ve previously stated I told her I wouldn’t be there at 10 due to taking my car in the garage your assistant then said how bout 10.30 till 11 am I was pleased with this. I even put the date and time in my diary. I’ve checked my door cam footage and yes your trade arrived at 10.03 rang the other doorbell we have then stood at the drive with his phone to his ear at no point did I receive a missed call on my mobile or via the ring doorbell if I had I would have explained I was 10 mins away and if the gentleman would wait. I don’t make appointments and not keep them as I know how annoying this can be and a waste of your trades day.

They turned up at the time they said they would and were very quick and efficient.

I have to say that I was really looked after. I’m a lady of 82 years old and was taken care of unexplained everything to me the old man that came and did my windows wash absolutely delightful I would recommend them full heartedly thank you so much for doing a brilliant job

Someone visited 48 hours after my enquiry, a comprehensive quote was provided. The job was booked within a week and the fitters arrived on time. The Georgian effect slats were off centre but otherwise the job was completed quickly and efficiently
