It is doing great capturing and…
It is doing great capturing and converting abandoned carts (Circa 90% who save a cart through Cloud.IQ go on to convert).
And Vitalij has helped set up additional bespoke campaigns for us to capture: How visitors heard about us, Offer help finding a local installer (which gives us the opportunity to quote on live projects), and generate sign-ups to our enewsletter each depending on different unique triggers.
As others have noted here, the capability of the product keeps on growing and developing!

CloudIQ Customer Since 2018
We've been using CloudIQ for over two years now. The portal has improve so much over that time and it's to a point where the campaigns run so well we only login to pull the reports for our monthly reports. Each step of the way the CloudIQ team have dropped me an email with new features and will run me through anything over the phone if needed. As a quick setup as easy management solution, I highly recommend CloudIQ.

Over promise, under deliver
Ended the contract, poor ROI.
Despite not using their service Cloud IQ offered nothing to end the contract early and just wanted money.
We will avoid in the future.

We strive to ensure all partnerships with our merchants are mutually beneficial, whilst any that do come to an end, do so amicably. I know we've worked together with you for a number of years and throughout that time, seen some terrific results across the various campaigns assisting you with your ongoing eCommerce strategy to support your business as it has grown.As you know from when we first started working together, we do work to 12 month contracts terms.
These are transparent for all parties entering into that mutual agreement from the outset, and we strive to ensure that we honour our responsibility within that contract by providing the availability and access to our products, platform and service for the duration of any contractual term. We saw fantastic results and an outstanding ROI being delivered year on year during your time with us. This was one of our key objectives when we first began working with you a number of years ago to drive significant ROI through reducing abandonment.
Naturally, it is disappointing that you made a decision to exit your agreement before the agreed end date without having the opportunity to discuss options in greater detail to reach a compromise.With there being time remaining in your agreement, we have an agreed process in accordance with our finance and invoicing team. We are always keen to understand where we could have improved to meet ever changing business objectives.
We do not wish to end things acrimoniously and would welcome an opportunity to have a conversation with you to remedy this misunderstanding.

Cloud IQ has recovered substantial revenue that would have otherwise been considered lost sales for me.
After using a number of various conversion rate solutions I've found that CloudIQ technology outperforms others in their ability to re market to website visitors. To top it off the level of customer service that you receive is of a high standard. Highly recommended !
