On this day (November 18th 2025) Cloudfare's Lisbon server has been down for over 2 hours, making it impossible to fully access many websites, some of them important to job related tasks. If Cloudfare is such an impactful and important service related to online platforms, it's unacceptable for it to be down for so long.

All good for at least 5 or 6 years, I've been using your service and thanks for your CDN service, I have moved all my domains to your site and I'm trying to buy new domains on it.

I order a free app last month and they charged me $10, so I complained and requested a refund, but they did not refund my money. I cancelled the service the same day.
Yesterday, I received a new invoice for $10 and still I never received a refund nor a response. So, I was forced to close my PayPal account not to be robbed any more.

Used it for a lab assignment. Did what I wanted it to do, which is host my files so my professor can grade my assignment. You cannot edit the files you upload them though so be sure you're sure of your result or else you'll have to re-upload. You can also upload folders which is good considering I had many folders with different assets.

I have been a customer for a year and a half. I never had an issue. The other day I found out that my customers couldn't buy from my shop because I have a domain problem with the checkout. Usually, every hosting service I had has outstanding service and has helped me with the setup. Cloudflare and Mr Xabier Perez just pointed me to a blog with instructions that were useless. I have been waiting more than 24 hours for an answer from them, losing customers and business opportunities, I'm frankly quite disappointed and I will remove my 5 accounts from Cloudflare as I cannot rely on this. Bye Cloudflare!
