If your payments were put on hold, it means that you made some changes to your account data. We sent you a confirmation code or link to be sure that it was you who made those changes. First, we suggest that you make sure you entered your payment details and they are correct. You can also check if your PayPal account has been successfully verified (in case your payment method is PayPal). Second, please check your payable balance and make sure that it reached the minimum payout amount. Also it could be that your payments were put on hold due to some changes you made on your account data. Il mio account è stato bloccato senza motivo e ovviamente anche i pagamenti. Dopo 7 /8 email a cui non rispondono né in inglese né in tedesco, comprendo che non interessa minimamente a loro riattivarmelo. Ho poche decine di euro. Ma così non va bene. Sono estremamente delusa
Hanno voluto documenti personali manco fossero l'agenzia delle entrate o una p.a. per verificare la mia identità a loro dire. Ridicoli!!!! Li denuncero' sui social.
Edit dopo la risposta: cancellato account tanto mandano o sondaggi assurdi o pochissimi non ho tempo da perdere!

We won’t see more than what you entered into your account when signing up. We can also confirm that we are fully GDPR compliant and comply with all relevant data protection laws. However, we appreciate that you may be uncomfortable with this, and if you desire, we can delete all information and close the account in full. Attenzione, io non riesco a farmi pagare
Ultimamente problemi a farmi pagare. E si tratta di poche decine di euro. L'assistenza non risponde. Sarò costretta a denunciarli sui social, sprecando così un sacco di tempo (perché se lo faccio poi seguirò con cura la cosa).
Alcuni jobs sono umilianti a dir poco. Ad esempio quelli che rimandavano alla piattaforma "amica" Neevo: pagati soltanto per il 10%, senza appello, e si tratta di somme ridicole, senza esagerare. Il supporto, contattato, ha risposto che si trattava di altra piattaforma e loro non c'entravano. La verità: si sono intascati i soldi per l'intermediazione e pace per i poveracci che sono stati presi in giro. Infine: dopo aver aggiornato l'app mi è toccato formattare il telefono.

Mediocre
L'idea è carina, ma ci sono pochissimi lavori, continua a propormi solo sondaggi di peanut labs (poi ti connetti e in realtà non ce ne sono, per quei tre che ho fatto non mi hanno manco pagato.)
Dopo una settimana di nulla mi propone un lavoro, ci clicco e mi dice che si può fare solo sulle app mobili, mi connetto da mobile (browser e app) e il lavoro neanche appare in lista.

Per ora 1 stella sola,e da quasi un mese e solo un 1 e 77 ho guadagnato,,dalle recensione avevo capito che ti dava tanto lavoro,ma quanto pare mi sbagliavo.

Rimango basito a vedere tutte queste recensioni negative, non ci si diventa ricchi ma ogni tanto si può arrotondare qualcosa senza pretese,mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, pagamenti sempre arrivati e precisi. Alcuni lavori sono anche molto divertenti.

Ottima piattaforma di microjobs, con una applicazione mobile utile e ben fatta.
Sto lavorando su Clickworker da quasi due settimane, e finora ho guadagnato quasi 23€, dei quali la metà mi è stata già accreditata tramite Paypal.
Le potenzialità della piattaforma sono veramente alte, però al momento le attività presenti sono veramente poche.
Finora ho svolto qualche sondaggio tramite il loro partner Peanut Labs, e ho guadagnato più di 9€ grazie alle attività proposte da Pinterest (molto remunerative, però bisogna fare molta attenzione, perché la probabilità di sbagliare e venire esclusi è molto alta).
Inoltre, ho guadagnato 11.50€ grazie alle attività svolte sulla piattaforma UHRS, collegata a Clickworker, che però non mi sta proponendo più nulla da più di una settimana (ma, ovviamente, non dipende da Clickworker).
Secondo me, bisognerebbe adottare una politica simile a quella di MTurk, ovvero mostrare tutte le attività disponibili e poi lasciare all'utente la scelta di quale svolgere in base alle sue capacità, perché altrimenti se si lascia decidere il sito su cosa l'utente può fare si corre il rischio di far guadagnare sempre e solo le stesse persone e di far morire la piattaforma.
Ho anche scaricato l'applicazione Android, ma per ora la lista delle attività disponibili è rimasta sempre vuota.
Speriamo che la situazione si sblocchi presto!
Aggiornamento:
Finalmente, l'applicazione Android ha cominciato ad attivarsi, e mi sta proponendo alcune attività, e sta venendo aggiornata con cadenza piuttosto regolare.
UHRS mi ha proposto un'altra interessante attività, con la quale ho guadagnato più di 22€ in un paio d'ore, e ho fatto anche altre attività direttamente sul sito di Clickworker.
Tutto sommato, direi che, come piattaforma di microjobs, consente un buon guadagno mensile, però credo che dovrebbe essere proposta qualche attività in più.

Please note that we do not promise to get people rich or for people to make a lot of money from the site. It is simply a way to make some extra money, it is not intended to be a career of any kind. UHRS has been in operation for many years and their client's work is based on worker location/language so they cannot simply offer all their work to all workers as many wouldn't be able to do it.
