I used this for my wedding yesterday. Everyone had the most amazing time, especially the kids! Hosts were amazing too and very friendly ☺️ quick and easy set up and take down and lots of choices of props! Thank you for adding an extra memorable moment to our special day!

Highly recommend. Booking was swift. They came on time, set up and everything ran smoothly. Really happy with my guest book also, doubles up as a wedding day book filled with fun pics from my guests. Would definitely hire again for any event.

I chose Click Plick Photobooths for my wedding after reading their many five-star reviews, but their service fell considerably below expectations.

Despite being given detailed written directions and a map, they arrived over two hours late to set up. They later blamed this delay on the venue phone line not working, but my wedding was in a well-known central London location. Rather than showing initiative to get out of the car and ask for assistance, they appeared to remain waiting for hours without taking any proactive steps to locate the venue. This lack of effort was unreasonable and unprofessional.

When they finally set up, the design template we had agreed over WhatsApp was completely misleading. They only confirmed the number of photos and print size, but the final layout looked nothing like the example shown. The font used was entirely different from the one they advertise, and they refused to take responsibility for this, claiming that fonts are not guaranteed unless you pay extra. They also failed to provide the agreed white background and correct layout, all of which had to be requested again on the night after they arrived late. This meant the photobooth was out of service for a further 20 minutes after already being two hours late.

The booth itself was poorly set up: guests could not see themselves on the screen before taking photos, and the corner of the camera lens was obscured by the booth frame. These technical and setup issues meant that I, as the bride, had to intervene and manage their mistakes rather than enjoy my own wedding.

When I called their manager Raj for help, the only response was to offer to pack up and leave for a refund, which was unhelpful and unprofessional in the middle of a wedding. Although they later sent the digital photos (after the USB given on the night was empty), the overall service was chaotic, unprofessional, and far from what was promised.

If you decide to go with this company, make sure you pay by credit card. When I asked for fair compensation, Click Plick offered only a token refund. My credit card provider later agreed that they had not delivered the contracted service and refunded me under Section 75.

Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and not what any couple should have to deal with on their wedding day. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when booking a photobooth for their event.

Raj was amazing! From my first enquiry he’s been so helpful and reassuring. Pricing is really good in comparison to a lot of companies. All of our guests had a fabulous time with the booth. Despite our wedding day running late, Raj didn’t let that stop the fun! Thank you so much for providing a fantastic service.

Amazing experience from start to finish, our attendant was lovely and soo helpful! It really made the party something else and the photo quality is perfect. We received a book filled with our prints and a digital copy after that I’ve shared with my family and friends.

We had an amazing service from Click Plick for a work party. The magic mirror photo booth added a fun and memorable feature to the event. Raj was able to come out at short notice and had everything ready. He was also super friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. The set up was quick and the photo booth was very easy to use. Guests loved the props, the instant photo prints and how quick it was to download too. The quality of the photos were great, and guests loved the light and back drop for an extra special look. It was also lovely to have the guest book for guests to sign, and receiving the thumb drive of the photos to remember the night. Highly recommend.

Amazing communication and service! The Photobooth arrived on time to the wedding, the guests loved using it! We were given 4 hours for the price of 3 and given a link to a digital copy of all our pictures for free. I would highly recommend hiring the LCD photobooth for your special event!

From the moment of contact with Raj, he was polite, kind and helpful with our booking, sending endless information and suggestions for our 50th birthday and answering any questions we had. On the day Madalina was punctual and helpful, setting up the booth and being nearby all evening in case we needed further support. The photo booth was an absolute success, both kids and adults spending returning time and time again to take new photos in different groups, it was a lovely way to bring strangers together and we’ve had a great time enjoying the complimentary photo book afterwards. So easy to arrange. They were very accommodating came and set everything up fast. We loved the props, added some ourselves, but they had a great selection

We had this photobooth company for our baby shower and it was such a special touch to the day! It gave us something fun and unique to create memories with, and now we have amazing photos to look back on and keep forever. The gentleman who came to set everything up was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add something memorable to their event!

The service provided was brilliant. The set up was super quick, and the slimline pod was so easy to use. We had personalised prints with our married at the bottom and our date - it made everything extra special. Madalina was our operator and she was always there to help us with any questions we had.
