I have just booked my 5th cruise with ClicknCruise. The website is easy to use, the whole process is straightforward, if I have additional questions, they respond promptly and prepare all the documentations very precisely. I always know what to do next before my trip.
Sometimes there are very good deals on the website due to the real-time booking.
What I miss is the option to choose my cabin via their website - if it is not a guaranteed cabin -, but I'm sure it will be included in the upcoming developments.
Definitely recommended.

All arrangements have been good, however we did not get our baording passes due to an delyed response from the cruise compnay and this is unecessarly stessfull.

Segítőkészek voltak mindenben, jó tippeket adtak, az elküldött ismertetőik, videóik jól össze vannak állítva.

Gyors reagálás, az igényeink maximális figyelembe vétele. Nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek, sokadszor utazunk velük, és a jövőben is velük tervezünk!

Eddig egyszer voltunk ilyen hajóuton, de annyira tetszett nekünk, hogy most megyünk megint és mindig hosszabb időre.

Minden mozzanatról, azonnal értesítenek. Tájékoztatás az egyik legfontosabb dolog.

Great first experience, we got all motivation & info for making a good decision with our booking. All questions were answered promptly over the phone and via email, even for cruise check-in. And finally, the cruise was just amazing : )

This will be the second time with them. They are very professional, friendly, helpful and what is very important they respond really fast all the time. I highly recommend them.
