Click Guardian have been great for us to use as an agency. It's helped save our clients valuable ad spend allowing us to get better results!

Really useful, noticeable increase in conversions and decrease in cost/conv.

Would be 5* if not for their bizarre pricing structure. £30 for one website, £75 for two or three? I just want two why are you charging more than two individuals?? Weird oversight on their part.

I was very impressed with their customer support and promptly replied to any questions.

We have trialled other services, finding Clickguardian to tick all the boxes. Having excellent customer support and adequate Ads protection is of the essence.

Signed up for a trial. Tried to cancel. There was an issue. And so the subscription ‘renewed’ I emailed again on the day of the renewal and was informed no refunds. So I’m out of luck after a trial expired by one hour and have signed up for a further 30 days. Pretty poor customer service experience to add. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

If you use Google AdWords a lot, click guardian is a no-brainer.

Years ago before I was using click guardian I used some software to detect how much of my budget was being used in fraudulent clicks and from memory it was about 47%

I recently discovered a technical issue with reporting on click guardian (something I had done in my tag manager) and the support team at click guardian was very helpful and "patient" with me, even though it must have been frustrating dealing with a technical neanderthal

In the end Click Guardian wasn't for me, the site seemed well put together and easy enough to implement but I don't think I need it right now.

However the problem came when I emailed them on day 13 of my 14 day trial to cancel. Within the hour I was billed £40. I called them and was told I was on a 7 day trial.

They refused to refund the money saying it is clear on their website that the Premium package trial was only 7 days.

This however is nonsense. There home page says 14 days. There is nothing in their terms and conditions on the home page about the trial period at all (despite their representative making claims to this effect, twice). There is nothing about the trial being 7 days long anywhere in the sign-up process and I am still unsure where this information might be hidden.

They have now refunded the money but only once I sent screen shots of their website and a copy of their own terms and conditions to them via email with the threat of a formal complaint.

It's a shame, the service seems ok, if a little expensive but I'm sure for the right situation it could potentially be very useful.

Unfortunately this is marred by their misleading website, which is either by design or incompetence. Neither of which fills me with confidence in them as a company.

Great. I was seeing higher clicks and lower levels of actual enquiries so was concerned that i was getting spammed by other companies. This put my mind at rest.

always on the end of the phone or live chat when i have a query, simple to use fraudulent click rules i can set my self have saved me a small fortune against competitors & stupid customers repeatedly clicking on my PPC Google ads.
i thing i would of gone bust without the PPC detection they provide for my website & the live time reporting is a bonus... would Definitely recommend to anyone running a PPC ad campaign

Click Guardian has been very useful in identifying the number of fraud clicks we receive. If we have any questions their support is very quick to respond. Very pleased with the service.

Beware that the trial period after 14 days extends automatically into subscription where you will receive an invoice from 'heavyweight digital' which redirects you to a payment service called xero and there is no option in the Clickguradian Dashboard to cancel the subscription, you have to write an email to Roy or the support team.

I haven't seen a signup process like this before, so I was very surprised when I received an invoice from them.

Remember to check your bank account, I paid twice for the same subscription after the trial ended.

They are sharing data with your competitors...

Click Guardian is hands down one of the best companies I have dealt with when it comes to customer service. Roy has been extremely helpful during the onboarding process as have the rest of the team when it comes to support. Any time I have a question, I open up their Live Chat and I have an answer within minutes. Every single company should follow in their footsteps.
The service itself is best in class. We started with a 14-day trial on one website and have seen savings of more than £10,000 on our PPC bill. We had no alternative but to put all of our PPC sites onto Click Guardian and are expecting to see savings in excess of £500,000 per year. It's a no-brainer. Great piece of software. Has helped massively in eliminating competitor clicks. If only Google were as helpful, the adwords experience would be a far nicer one. Would recommend.

Click Guardian is a great product. We have been using it for a year now and would not dream of going elsewhere for Ad fraud protection. Anyone who runs and Ad campaign needs this software! It has paid for itself literally 1000's of times over. Roy (the boss) is a top bloke and always has time for me when I call or email, he has wisely picked his team and has some talented staff working for him. *****10 Stars*****

I can't recommend Click Guardian Enough! It has saved us thousands of pounds in just the first month! The dashboard is extremely easy and intuitive to use- and the guys at Click Guardian are extremely helpful and knowledgeable (I've been dealing with Roy). You won't regret purchasing this software and the price is negligible compared to the savings you'll make- I didn't realise just how much click fraud was out there!
