Antiquated interface and low deliverability - which they investigated and admitted fault in - then had me on a 30-40 minute zoom with a nervous rep and sales manager explaining the issue. Despite them "resolving" the matter on their end - I had found another solution in the interim and have been trying to cancel my account for MONTHS. Yet because I was dumb enough to sign a 12 month agreement they refuse to cancel. I am not even requesting a refund for the months I haven't used it, simply to walk away - yet they continue to aggressively charge my bank account and card. I am fighting charges with my bank every month.

The only solution they've offered is an "early release fee which is the total of all of the remaining invoices for the duration of your agreement with a 25% discount" - wildly unacceptable for a company to be charging $152 each month and providing literally NO services.

Do not use this company. They will probably write a reply here about adopting new approaches, innovative messaging, etc. the issue is not with my email campaigns or lists. Many other services exist which are easier to use, have better customer service, and are cancelable at any time. This company needs to get with the times and off their scammy business model. Worst decision I've made for my business so far.

Got email with some marketing material from them. When I tried to unsubscribe as I wasn't interested, they started sending me 20 emails a day ! It is more of a SPAM generation software than lead generation.

I had no idea how much damage I was doing to our brand by "assuming" I was emailing correctly. Turns out I was spamming without even knowing! Clickback got us back on track and we are no longer flagged as spammers. Thank you!!!

A great platform with a helpful and responsive sales and support team. Campaigns were easy to implement and had great response rates to lists of various types.

Clickback is an amazing company! Being a novice in this area, they patiently walked me through every step to make sure my campaign was successful.
More than a few times. Excellent service! I recently had a health issue that forced me to cut my work activity down for six months, but Clickback waived all the fees until I was well enough to resume. Nobody does that anymore. Clickback does a nice job taking your contacts and putting them in an email format that separates you from many other soliciting email companies. Communication looks professional and more appealing to the eye.

Also, Clickback eliminates generic emails forcing only direct email communication with decision makers.

Cold email is hard, these guys made it really easy and I'm super excited they exist. They were great with customer support.

I have used Clickback for several years and highly recommend them to any company that wishes to use the top-of-the-line email advertising company. I will not go into detail about how they keep your primary URL from getting blacklisted for spam emails, but they have a process in place that I think is amazing. Their pricing is very competitive based on the number of contacts in your database. If you are new or have used email marketing in the past, contact Clickback sales for an explanation of the fantastic services available.

This company is basically a scam. Do not do business with them. Thier platform is complicated and cumbersome. The emails never go out. Their customer service is always late, and when it happens, they cannot solve the problem. They make you sign a 12-month contract. Again, beware of this scam.

The software does not work. Deliverability is bad and it will blacklist all of your domains. They make you sign a one-year contract. Don't make the same mistake I did.

1. After sending 1 campaign with 2000 contacts, all the email domains got blacklisted.
2. There are fake reports. We received open and click stats for campaigns that were not even sent. A few days later, those stats vanished.
3. We included our own emails to test deliverability and half of the emails didn't receive anything.
4. A lot of bugs during importing contacts, creating emails, and sending campaigns. Takes them a few days to get back to you and get it working.
5. Very hard to understand the workflow. It took us 3 months and learn the sending process. After we send out 2 campaigns, all the domains were blacklisted.
6. Red flag when they try to have you sign up for a year contract without fully testing the product. I have asked to cancel and they keep wanting to charge you.
7. The software simply doesn't work.

We have been using Clickback for nearly 7 months, and it has been a game changer in helping us communicate our offerings to cold contact lists. The support team is helpful and responsive, and the platform is relatively intuitive if you have used eblast software in the past. I would recommend Clickback to anybody who is looking to send bulk email to cold contacts. I would however advise that you have at least several thousands of contacts to send to.

Overall, great experience! I really like the custom features and email filter options. I would recommend Clickback to any business looking for a robust email marketing solution.

Clickback accomplishes exactly what it is designed to do. Importing is simple, and Clickback's ability to screen lists is important.

Creating campaigns is fairly intuitive but with some limitations in terms of design and presentation of uploaded ad media.

Campaign metrics were insightful and easy to understand.

Customer service is responsive and helpful.

We had a written contract. They were unable to publish the emails when promised and I was not getting results, so I told them I was not going to renew.
Prior to end of term, I traded emails with them, confirming they would stop pulling from my credit card at the end of the contract. They confirmed same in writing.
But, after the contract expired, they continued to pull from my credit card.
I wrote them, showed them the emails they had agreed to, and asked for a credit against my credit card.
They refused.
BEWARE OF THIS GROUP! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!
