They ignore my e-mails
My e-mails were never replied to when I sent e-mail to support-at or customersuccess-at.
But I did get proper support from sending e-mail to kayako. So I recommend ignoring their regular support, and going to kayako for support.
What good is a business that does not reply to their e-mails?
The click2mail instructions says to allow .25 inch for bleed, and allow .25 inch for cut inaccuracies. So I did so, and they shrunk my layout by .25 inch; instead of counting bleed. So that's a total shrinkage of 1/2 inch horizontal, and 1/2 inch vertical. That's not a horrible amount of shrinkage, but it makes it look goofy with that much white space, and makes the fonts smaller.
The ink was also over-saturated, causing offset. It was not horribly bad, but bad enough to make it look home made. It does not look professional.
I should have printed a few for myself first before ordering them for mailing. Then I would have seen the low quality.
Over all, it was not horrible, but it was not quality.
I do like the vast number of options when ordering a mailing list. There are a lot of options for reaching your desired target. But it's a bit difficult to navigate, until you get used to it. I recommend starting out with "basic version" option. After receiving the list I found about 10% that did not match up with what I was targeting, and removed them before mailing.
And I like the fact that they clearly show the pricing. It's very easy to see how much something is going to cost.
Their system seems to be a bit under-managed.
