Second order was placed without hesitation Quality of product was of a high standard so no hesitation when placing a further order . Delivery again was by overnight courier again brilliant service from ordering to Delivery. 10out of 10.

Jake at Cli-Mate was really great in identifying the parts I needed to get a defective underfloor heating system working correctly after many years of it not functioning. Great service and really quick and reliable delivery. I will definitely be using them again

Courteous and very efficient
I placed my order and received a call a few minutes later to say that my order would be delayed as another customer had just beaten me to the last stock of the item I required and so my shipment would be delayed by a few days. I really appreciated the courtesy this call represented. Moreover the parts seemed to arrive within the originally quoted timescale in any case!
