3/10 rolls turned up after part shipment
I made an order for 10 rolls of filament last year, 28/11/25. After a week, I selected the option for part shipment. And so they sent me the colours that they had in stock and would send the rest at a later date. Three rolls had arrived by 9/12/25. They were of great quality and I have had no issues printing with them. It’s now 1/03/26. I haven’t received the rest of the order. And every time I check my account. It says my order isn’t in stock. There is an ‘expected delivery’ of when each colour reaches them. But every month, it resets to the next month. So 4 times it has now said they will get the colour next month. I’ve sent email today. Requesting some more information on my order, whether I can get a refund or they can send me extra filament for the inconvenience. But it is a Sunday so I’m not expecting a response today.

It’s now 11/3/26 and I have received all the rolls. I’m very pleased with the filament. But it did take a while. I assume they made a mistake, hence the delay.
