One of the best companies I’ve dealt with, being a business owner myself I know the importance of good customer service and communication and this company is up there with the best. Products are of fantastic quality hence the reflection in the price, but with the little extras with the order it’s definitely worth it.

Super polite, professional, and attentive with comms. There was a small issue with my order, but they went above and beyond to rectify with the minimum of fuss. I also appreciated the hand written notes and little samples. What a great business, and a change to the usual faceless and careless approach to other businesses.
Also, the balm has really helped take the edge off my shoulder injury. I was hugely skeptical on this stuff (I still am), but pleasantly surprised and impressed by it. I will be ordering again.

Having been a customer of Clever Botanics for over a year now, I can confidently say they are one of the best companies I have ever ordered anything from.
The quality of the products and the quality of the service is first class, every time.
Every order (which is very simple to make online, easy delivery within the UK) comes with a handwritten note and additional freebies, perfectly packaged, often upgraded to first class. I can't find any fault whatsoever, and honestly I've never known a business to "go the extra mile" quite this much.
100% recommended. If you would like CBD products, you must try Clever Botanics!
