Our robot mower stopped working. I contacted Cleva Customer Services and Leona could not have been more helpful. She quickly arranged for a spare part to be sent out free-off-charge under warranty.

Quick and clear. Once I made the purchase I received a prompt email to confirm purchase followed by another email confirming dispatch. Delivery was within 2 working days which is great for something as big as a lawnmower.

Good mower, good price
Good mower, good price. I needed a smal, lightweight mower to lift up on to a raised lawn and this product really fitted the bill. I can lift it without fear of doing myself a mischief!

I’ve been waiting for the support…
I’ve been waiting for the support ticket resolution since April. My son bought me an L10 Lawnmaster for my birthday.
It has not ever worked correctly because it overheats within minutes of starting up.
I’ve been slowly losing my mind trying to troubleshoot the issue but it’s the hardware and the 2 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on because they never respond.
Based on my experience with the hardware and ‘support’ by ‘Deb’ buy a mower from another company.

Good service
I placed my order & was given a day & time of delivery. I was going to be out at that time, so gave details to deliver to a neighbor. On returning found a note to say delivered to next door, even gave the name of my neighbor. Was pleased with the thoroughness & helpfulness. Full marks. Also my Lawnmaster mower is really good, easy to assemble & cuts the grass perfectly.

Does what it says(though quality issue)
Great price and super quick delivery. Having purchased from them before, I know it's a quality bit of kit. It's powerful (bit noisy though) but it does clean well. One slight surprise was that I found the base damaged(cosmetic) where the hose is stored. As the unit comes with the hose ready fitted and wrapped round I never noticed, and the box was sealed and unmarked. Concluded must have been done in the factory 🤔 lapse in QC!
Would have rated 5☆ otherwise.

Certainly one of my best aftersales experiences with any product
Amelia has been super nice and incredible with addressing my query about an issue I had with my new lawnmower promptly - it has been one of the best examples of customer service I received from any business. The product (LawnMaster 1800W) is also quite decent to operate and move around. I can definitely recommend LM based on my experience.

Received a replacement for a faulty grass trimmer which was purchased a year ago. Motor seemed to have stopped working. Online customer service was great, replacement trimmer sent out very quickly.

Have had my robot mower for about 18 months and I absolutely love it but unfortunately something had gone wrong so I contacted customer support. I was contacted by Beth really promptly and I provided the evidence of the issue. Beth was amazing and the issue was resolved most satisfactorily in no time at all and without all the backward and forwarding you are usually subjected too with other companies. For once a guarantee you can rely on. Fantastic service. Thankyou Beth and thankyou Cleva. Customers can be assured of a good service with this company.
