I do family law and tax and have been using Clerx for about six months now. I’m in meetings or focused on legal work most of the day so I needed something reliable to handle calls when I can’t answer. I also didn’t want to get stuck with a long contract or a bunch of extra fees.

So far both the product and service have been great. I’ve asked for quite a few changes to tailor how calls are handled to my practice, and the Clerx team has always been attentive and quick to help. My clients really like Donna, the AI receptionist, and I’ve also been really happy with the website chat. It helps turn more of my website traffic into consultations. The video feature is a nice touch too and looks very professional on the site.

Definitely recommend Clerx, especially if you’re spending money on SEO or ads and don’t want calls or website leads to go unanswered.
