Amazing bottle! I brought with me to Aruba and had fresh water to stay hydrated the whole time! Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a cooper bottle and when I searched in amazon, this was the best pick. The bottle is stunning and it has a brush and water bottle bag included! Definitely a bang for your buck!

I was impressed by the unboxing experience and the design itself. Everything is so thoughtfully made coming with a bag and a brush. Besides the fact that I like the bottle itself, it would make a wonderful gift

Loved the bottle!

I am an antique dealer and collector of copper. Wanted a cup for myself and a bottle for a gift. That’s not happening! Followed directions for first time setup . It immediately started having dark brown spots, some large. Too embarrassed to allow anyone to use. The bottle is still in box because I’m not about to give this junk to anyone as a gift. Was excited to get and enjoy getting more for family members as well but, NO WAY! I’m stuck and feel very misled by the advertising. If you want your bottle still in the box back, you’re welcome to it.

I'm impressed with the look, feel and heft of this bottle. Since using I noticed an overall feeling of wellbeing. Even my sleep has improved. The only drawback I'm having is with the bottle's seal. It started twisting so much that I had to hold the seal in place by hand and turn the bottle in order to get the cap on. It's only a slight problem but irritating.

I ordered and paid for Three Copper Cups and received only one. I have asked three times thru "Sales@cleolifestyle" to either send me the 2 missing cups or refund the $39.99 I paid. Instead of doing the right thing, Cleo Lifestyle gives me the run-a-round asking for pictures of my one cup. Seriously? I'd never trust this company again.
Now that they saw my review over 3 months later, they are replying on this site as if they would fix the problem. Wrong. They already roped me into back and forth, photos, etc and nothing but a waste of my time.

Just an update on my issue that's been going on since late February - Early March of 2026. Below is the last response I received regarding my refund request. Please pay close attention to the details of the refund policy.

I understand your frustration with the process, and I am sorry to hear that the situation has reached this point after the time spent discussing your concerns. Regarding your request to return the items from order #*****, I have reviewed the information you provided.

As outlined in our previous communication, our return policy requires that items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging included to qualify for a refund. Because the items have been used and the original packaging is no longer available, we are unfortunately unable to process this return request at this time.

I sincerely apologize that we cannot provide a more favorable outcome in this instance. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with regarding the maintenance of your vessels.

I am writing this review to give credit to a small business. I placed my order and I noticed that there was no shipping movement. I contacted customer service by email and was promptly answered with by Olivia and she assured me that she would personally look into the issue and she did. I received my order within a week or so after the initial contact. My order arrived and it was missing two items. I emailed again explaining the issue and by the end of about 2-3 days, I received my missing items; however, I had also received a duplicate order. I contacted them to arrange a return of the items that I had not purchased, and it is in process. I am impressed by the customer service and the promptness in how it was handled. The product is great and I highly recommend this business.

Do NOT buy from Cleo. The bottle received was defective, did not close properly and leaked inside my purse ruining an expensive leather wallet and destroying paper items. When I attempted to return the item, they insisted on photos and then took weeks to send me a replacement top, which also did not close properly. Despite numerous requests for postage to simply return the item, they refuse to take the item back or refund what I paid. After more than a month, I finally advised Cleo that I would dispute the charge on my credit card, and write truthful reviews to spare future purchases the same experience. Cleo then wrote back to promise to send me 2 replacement bottles to compensate me for the aggravation they have caused me. After 2 more weeks, Cleo had not sent the bottles, nor had I received any notification that they would be sent, so I was forced to send another email to follow up. Cleo responded that they would not send the replacement bottles as promised, unless I paid the postage to return the defective original bottle. DO NOT ORDER FROM CLEO. I placed my original order in early June, it is now almost August and I still have not been able to get a refund or replacement for the defective product. They have repeatedly requested my patience because they claim to be a “small family owned company”, but small family owned does not entitle them offer poor products and defraud their customers with ineptitude and abysmal customer service! The product is substandard and the customer service is worse. I wish I could give a negative number of stars for this rating. To leave even one star does not adequately describe my experience with this company!
