With making the very tough decision to sell our family home of 20 years, we found ourselves making the equally hard decision of who to trust when putting our house on the market. When we met with Eric, we could instantly see that his knowledge of the marketplace, commission model that is built for todays industry, and level of detail that would go into bringing our house to market, was exactly what we were looking for. Eric definitely knows what he’s doing. He talked with me over the phone first and explained the process the commissions and his willingness to list my house.
