Superb at every level. Very patient sensible staff . No question or problem is too much trouble. Clear community web provides a much needed service to everyone and includes many people who are isolated through no fault of their own. The courses are excellent and so important for everyone who attends . It is immensely popular . It helps everyone no matter what age or level they are at and keeps people connected .Cannot recommend it more highly

I have been a new member of the digital skills for seniors and found it to be a welcoming group, who are very willing to share their knowledge and digital tips and dilemmas. I enjoy the workshops because the topics are chosen by us and are relevant to us, and deal with our immediate needs. This saves going all the way through a course until getting to the bit I am seeking.

The level of the sessions suit everyone from complete beginner to more advanced and there are plenty of leads given for anyone to pursue a topic in more detail. I would thoroughly recommend these workshops and have got a lot out of them. Without this group I wouldn't be able to Zoom. And oh how I have Zoomed since learning how to.This has put me in much better contact with family, friends, and lots of things going on of interest in my local and global communities.

hi i joined to learn basic computer skills but there is not much any more.

I was trained on Zoom by Clear Community Web at the beginning of lockdown in connection with a professional role. The training was very effective and helped me to get up and running with the application. The trainer was very skilled and also demonstrated a very respectful and patient approach. I was impressed and have since engaged the company for some further IT assistance for my husband who has a disability.

A great introduction to using zoom for business meetings, particularly in terms of managing security and participants.

I want to say a BIG thank you to Casper for showing how this new medium - Zoom - could be used for community events.

I learnt how to host an event and operate break out rooms. I have hosted several talks for the community since - one on encouraging us to appreciate our birds in the area. Another gathering Quaker children together. This new normal takes a little getting used to!!!! You helped me carry on these community initiatives.

I was one of the attendees of zoom training session on June 29th, hosted by Casper Kennerdale. I really enjoyed it and the pace Casper took us through the steps and stages how to host a zoom session of our own. As well as explaining how to be a host ourselves he displayed the zoom pages so we could practically see what he was talking about. During the session he answered a range of questions from those on the call, each question led to answers which helped us all. The session was followed up with one on one time where by we individually set up a call and invited Casper to join the call and it worked. So thank you.

The Zoom sessions were really useful in helping to navigate around Zoom - I did two sessions - one of which was an introduction and the second about helping to think about how to host a virtual meeting. It was immediately useful as I had to run a virtual meeting with 17 participants. Caspar was a great facilitator - it felt a safe space to learn in. We were encouraged to participate and ask questions and learn from each other. Thank you for the session - it was really helpful in these new digital times and it has helped me gain skills and confidence with new (to me) technology.
