Slot Grill is complete garbage. Made of super thin sheet metal that warped and bent immediately after heating charcoal. It barely cooked 5 hot dogs before falling apart. Don’t believe the advertising of heavy duty cast iron type metal. Complete waste of money!

Total scam. Ordered a slot grill that was advertised as being made from thick, cast iron type, heavy duty steel. What arrived is flimsy, scratched, and ridiculously poor quality, not to mention that it took over a month to arrive.

Fake tracking numbers. Product never arrived. The company takes your money, doesn’t deliver and will not offer a refund. The company is a scam and should be avoided. Buyers Beware!

When you buy products online, you are expected to receive it in a timely manner. This company is not transparent as to their shipping practices. Their products come from China and you better be prepared to wait over a month to get it. Buyer beware. There are many other companies out there that have the same product who ship from the US. This is more frustrating to try to track a shipment from China. Never again will I buy from this company.

I’m still waiting a month for my product. They gave me a bogus tracking number that no carrier in the USA uses.
Do not use this company , it’s a rip off site!
I had to file a PayPal dispute.

I purchased an item and instantly changed my mind after seeing the price change. They told me I couldn’t cancel because it was already shipped (I emailed them within an hour). They told me to wait to receive the item to then return it. When I received the item they told me it would be a lot of money to ship back to their department in china and had sent me back and forth 10 messages avoiding my question of how to return the item. Worst customer service ever. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a stand up weed remover that broke within 1 hour of use. I asked for a full refund as was offered a 10% refund. Completely scam.

Hands off! I have received defective goods for over 80€ and they do not exchange! Go to the lawyer now, you can't let that go. Leave it, it's just cheap China stuff.

Never got my order when I reached out to the vendor via email I was told to reach out to my carrier, they never told me who the carrier was so I called FedEx that was not it, call UPS not it either went to the post office and nothing, I reached out a second time and I was told package had been delivered, I told them no I they couldn’t give me a proof of delivery. I will never buy from them again they. They show no concern or try to fix the problem.

The clear snack containers are disposable at best. Very light weight.

Order the mantel hangers on Nov 5. Now that it is 12/15, no delivery yet. I was getting daily shipping updates when it left Ireland , once it hit the US, no more updates and it was like my order disappeared. I have sent 4 emails and each one gives me no updates and just asks me to be patient. I have told them I wish to cancel and get my money back and they ignore me. This must be a scam , DO NOT BUY from them, it is a SCAM!!!!!!! So frustrated and horrible customer service!!!!!!!
