I bought the wireless high pressure car washer on line and was not satisfied with the results after cleaning two cars and had to wash them both again by hand.
I emailed them explaining the above and asked for the return ticket and RMA number so I could return it for a full refund.
We each exchanged three emails back and forth every one of theirs containing the condescending waffle about how they are here for me and want me to experience the best results from the washer. Their first request before refunding was asking me for a brief description of what didn’t work for me, or even a short video. The second request was to watch a video they had attached to the email as I might have assembled the washer incorrectly, and they are refunding me £5 for my patience- I’ve never received it. Thirdly, as standard procedure, their technical team apparently required a brief video from me to understand the product faults - once received they would proceed with the refund. So much for ‘full refund no questions asked!’
I was going to pursue this problem to the end, but a friend of mine said they could find a use for the washer so I gave it to them.

Would rather leave 0 stars .Absolute crap .item arrived in cardboard box not in a case as described and item broken so useless .fake phone number and bo reply from email .Avoid these people as you can buy the same crap fro Temu

Avoid this company at all costs. They show a UK address but they are Chinese. I ordered a hand held steam cleaner- it didn’t arrive for 13 days. It was useless. When I asked for it be returned- and I stated that I was not returning to China- they provided me with a RESIDENTIAL address about 13 miles from where I live. I decided to deliver the parcel myself- no one was available to accept the item at the flat but i took pictures and sent these to them as requested. They said they had processed by refund the following day. It is now 14 BUSINESS DAYS since then and I still haven’t received my refund despite numerous emails.
