I booked an end of tenancy clean with Citi Clean. The two cleaners George and Georgana were on time, friendly, professional, and got the job done! I was very happy with their work and the service provided, both throughout the booking process and on the day.

A team of two cleaners arrived promptly and did everything according to their checklist which is quite comprehensive. Didn't mind to stay a bit longer just to ensure the job is done correctly. Booking the service was smooth and the prices are very competitive too. Would definitely recommend

Just had an end of Tenancy clean. Arrived on time but spoke no English so couldn't leave any instructions or explain anything.

Cleaning was poor and when I pointed out what needed redoing I got lots of attitude and tutting. One actually stomped past me to put her cleaning stuff in her bag. Then just stood there waiting to collect the cash. Down right rude in my opinion

Also had the carpets done and I can't prove it but doesn't look like any actually cleaning fluid was used. So its wet but not clean.

Recommend that you stay clear of this company.

George performed our end of tenancy clean. He was punctual and stayed for a long time to get the clean just right. He did an excellent and thorough job, including cleaning the carpet. Cannot recommend enough

Can’t even express how grateful I am with the service provided. The cleaners from Citi Clean did a fantastic job. Moving out can be really stressful if you’re doing it on your own. Professional and value for money. Very nice cleaner who did an excellent job on our end of tenancy clean. No hidden charges, cleaned the oven as well which was included! Clear list of what is covered on the website by the end of tenancy clean and she did absolutely everything on the list. Easy to contact the company. Easy to book. Would use again! Thank you!

DO NOT HIRE.They are not a professional company and the 72hour guarantee is false. A lady turned up to clean, with a shopping trolley, minimal cleaning equipment, after half an hour another turned up with no equipment. They acted like they did not speak English and pretended not to understand me when i told them that it was not clean. They were smoking in the property and set off the smoke alarm , luckily i was there . They then denied smoking. Oven was not cleaned as per the pictures on the site, they refused to clean it so i had to. Top shelves of everything ie kitchen cupboards, wardrobes not wiped, food, dust was still on them. Fridge smelt after they cleaned it. Pictures are falsified , they do not clean to this standard. They did not wipe the bathroom tiles or mop the floors , i had to point this out to them. Paid up just to get rid of them as they were aggressive. Sent numerous texts and tried calling the company so many times. No reply. Citi clean asks for cash and does not give you an invoice even when you ask for one. The owner will reply that they cannot find my details which is a complete lie. DO NOT HIRE THEM, you will not get your deposit back. Seems cheap but is a waste of money.

George did a fantastic job cleaning our flat at the end of the tenancy. The kitchen and bathroom was sparkling clean when he was finished and we were very impressed.
