The website adds reoccurring charges. I met requirements for bonuses that were supposed to be added to my order. Website says it wouldn't show on the order. Never received. Product was dry, despite add saying it was sticky. Not even close. Tried to contact them. No response about the issue. Very disappointed
I have ordered from Clean Green on 4 separate occasions. I like flower. I tried 4 different strains. Every time, the flower was fresh, aromatic and flavorful. My favorite are the White Runtz. My only critique would be to carry more flower strains, I think they only have about 10...
I received the wrong product, of less value than I paid. I was told they were shipping the correct product. They never did. On top of that the product I received was worthless. Did absolutely nothing of what it claimed.
Website would not take my CC info (bank card). I tried twice, then looked at my bank account and saw two transactions from Cleangreenstore. I call customer service after the 'help' chat bot did not respond. I spoke to a customer service rep who told me that the transactions never went through on their end, she emailed me a screenshot that there are no orders for me even though my bank account shows different. After getting off the phone with the customer service rep, I called my bank. They did not need to approve the charge, as suggested in the conversation and email from cleangreenstore. My card number was correct or the charge wouldn't have hit my bank account.

The Clean green store dispensary that ships cannabis products website is a joke. I ordered from there… For one so little product for the money. Second product was garbage. Tiniest amount with a little to no strength. Then come to find out somehow on their website I’m subscribed monthly. I don’t remember subscribing to that....… when I went on the website to cancel sub subscription all the buttons to cancel wouldn’t work on their website. The only buttons that work were to skip or to change the product. I find that very shady. I definitely don’t recommend the website and 100% don’t recommend the products weak sauce and not worth the cost for such a little product
