I had a wonderful man called Chris who came and cleaned the flat at the end of my tenancy today. He did a fantastic job and left the place really wonderfully clean. My landlord was also very happy! If anyone needs a flat clean in SE21, ask for Chris!

DO NOT USE
Do not use this company! The service we received was dreadful. Entire sections were missed and the carpet cleaning was to a poor quality. To be honest, I'm not sure what the cleaner spent 4.5 hours doing.
On complaining to the company, I've received no response. After multiple chases, I'm still being ignored. Terrible customer service and abysmal cleaning standards. Avoid at all costs!
If I could give zero stars I would.
Edit following response: the response below is inaccurate. I originally emailed on 8th July to which I had a response. I followed up with further questions and was ignored until today when I threatened to contact an ombudsman. The attachments I sent include three photos and 2 videos showing far more than missed spots on skirting boards.

You have filed a complained to us on the 8th of July and we have responded on the same day with an offer of free re-clean service. You have declined our offer for free re-clean service and demanded a full refund instead. As we have explained to you via email, due to the nature of our works, we don't provide refunds but free re-clean service. This is clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions listed on our website.
Further, you have shown us only two photos of missed areas of skirting board and a door frame and we believed that this could be easily rectified with a follow up visit. In response to your updated comments we haven't received any other images of missed areas apart from the 2 photos of skirting board and door frame your have sent us on the 8th of July.
Please contact our office for further assistance.

I have had an awful experience with this company - they charged extra for carpet's to be professionally cleaned and did not do so, did a very bad job of cleaning the property and missed entire sections. They also failed to reply to my email's and are now refusing a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Impossible to get in touch with
Impossible to get in touch with. Over the past week I have called their number several times, no response, emailed them several times, no response. They only replied to my complaint on here. Hard to believe they don't have availability for a date a month in advance when you can book a week in advance. Poor service and not surprised by the other bad reviews on here. Will never be using them.
