OK-ish job
Hi. Chris did an amazing job in most places. However the couch was not moved or vacuumed under so had to do that myself. Also some surfaces were not wiped and I had to clean all the doors myself (first around door handle) after he left. So was ok but not brilliant

Had to clean after them.
I used clean and clean before, and had a good service without many complaints. This last time, had two cleaners coming to clean my 2 bedroom flat, paid for a end of tenancy and got a terrible job. I noted surfaces covered in dust still, asked to do them again and they were very dismissed. Very very disappointed. My partner and I had to clean the flat again after them.

On your arrival to the property you have noticed a cobweb in one of the bathrooms and that was quickly taken care of. There weren't any other issues identified following your thorough check of the property. Further, we have more than 30x photos clearly showing that the property has been cleaned to a very high standard.

Recleaning was needed
The cleaner came on time, and was polite. We were late with taking our bags out, she was understanding and started cleaning the room that was ready (to be honest, it took us 15 minutes to take our bags downstairs, so we are not talking about a huge delay).
However, the lady didn't clean the hobs, didn't clean the surfaces, didn't clean the floor, there's dust and dirt everywhere. We defrosted the fridge, as they asked us, but the lady didn't bother to clean it. I wish I could include the pictures to show it. And on top of all, she just left all the rubbish bag in front of the door - they leaked, and created more mess that we had before her arrival.
I was offered a re-cleaning.
