Good luck trying to cancel...

I couldn't find a telephone number or email address. I went to their website and used their "chat" window. I requested a cancellaion in September, still being charged in October. No one ever answers the chat.

I love the fact that the door automatically open for you. First laundry mat that I have been to that does that. It helps a lot. It was very clean and Jessica was truly great and helpful. I would suggest friends and family to check it out. Tell them to make sure Jessica is there.

I’ve generally been happy with this service in the past, but my recent experience was disappointing and stressful. I’m a disabled veteran and need help with things sometimes, so I thought this service would make a difference. When I ordered this time, the order came out to about $70. The order page said that if I paid the $10 membership fee, the order cost would be reduced (I can’t recall exactly, I think to about $45-$50). It said this on the order page, so I clicked the button and paid the $10. The order amount didn’t change though - it remained at the original amount of about $70. So they wanted me to pay the $10 fee *and* the original $70 order amount.

I texted customer service and they coldly replied that the price would not be adjusted. They blamed me, saying that I had failed to renew my membership previously and that I needed to pay my bills to keep services, essentially claiming that “this is how things work with such services” (except any other site or app I’ve ever used that claims that a membership fee will reduce the price actually honors their word once the fee is paid, such as Gopuff, Walmart, Amazon, Kroger, etc.). They did not want to acknowledge that the wording on their website was misleading, and instead kept blaming me. I’m not the one that made that claim and put the button on their website.

It’s very disappointing that they would not honor the pricing they advertised. And even worse is that this is at a time when I thought I had found a helpful service that I could trust, when life, health, stress and finances are already hard as it is. The heart of the matter remains though: their website promised that paying the membership fee would reduce the cost of my order. It did not. I’m leaving this review to warn potential customers about misleading pricing and combative customer service.

Also to note: The tracker on the website isn’t updated. It’ll show that the order is still at the cleaners rather than on the way. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying when it’s 10:00 pm at night and you’re waiting up for a late delivery. And with this order, the first one didn’t process although I did schedule it. I was waiting for the pickup and realized nobody was coming, so had to go place another pickup order. So the site itself is a bit glitchy and outdated.

Thank you for your reply. I understand your policy regarding active memberships. My concern, as I stated, is that your website wording suggested that paying the membership fee would immediately reduce my order cost, which it did not. I stand by my review.

Booked Clean & Carry while standing in spilled coffee—thirty minutes later my phone buzzed, “Driver on way.” Two days later my gym clothes smelled like eucalyptus, not excuses, and my cashmere sweater was wrapped like a gift. Price felt like a typo. I tipped anyway.

Great service, so easy upfront cost and my comforter came out perfect! Will use again

Clean and Carry did a fantastic job servicing the San Francisco Unicorns cricket team when we were in Dallas, both for regular season and finals.
They provided a same day service, and everything was returned clearly labelled with the laundry smelling fresh and items neatly folded. Communication around pick ups and drops off was excellent, and they were very flexible around service times during finals, when we had to schedule laundry at short notice. Clean and Carry come highly recommended by the San Francisco Unicorns! Thank you!

Great experience and speedy job

I'm extremely pleased with the service that I was provided. Everything smelled great and was folded and packaged so neatly that I was wondering if a folding machine was used 😅. Additionally, the driver/pickup was friendly. I highly recommend Clean & Carry services!!!!

I just got back from an exhausting three-week trip, and to my surprise, my dryer decided to stop working! All I wanted was to relax after such a busy time, especially since I have to hit the road again next week. While I waited for my new dryer to arrive, I decided to search for nearby laundromats and found Clean and Carry. Their reviews looked promising, so I thought, why not give it a try?

Let me tell you, they exceeded my expectations! My clothes came back fresh, clean, and smelling amazing. Plus, they really did check the pockets just like they promised! I was pleasantly surprised to find items I had forgotten in my pockets taped right on top of the laundry—such a thoughtful touch! I am definitely going to make Clean and Carry my go-to laundry service in the future!

I had a great experience I am prepping my next and largest order. This is a great story for those of us that are handicapped and cannot do laundry.

A real God send!! Laundry was very clean and smelled sooo good..not a bit of dog smell! Having all my small items folded and everything on hangers was extra special! (I hate doing that.. in fact I hate doing laundry!) I had a 6 hour turn around which was great for 7 huge bags of laundry. I joined their club and will be using them in the future. What a load off my mind! If you have kids, A MUST!

We used this service while on vacation. It was fantastic to pack light and have them do the laundry mid-week. They were prompt thorough. Would absolutely use again and recommend.

Timing. Fold. Softness. Although I like more fragrant finish, it was overall great experience. I will use this service again. I am an only child, and laundry was my least favorite chore. Great job overall!!

I have used other laundry services before, but Clean and Carry was the best. They picked up my laundry and returned it promptly. Everything was returned very clean and folded--much better than other services I've used.

Super Convenient Pick up and Delivery, clothes were folded and placed exactly how I asked them to be. I will definitely be using this service again. The communication with the app they answer any questions you may have

The scheduling and pickup process is easy and they do a great job folding. Clothes are clean and well taken care of during the service. Only minor issue I've had is dropoff being outside of the window, but I understand delays happen, and the rest of the experience was so good it is not an issue. Thank you, Clean and Carry!
