I genuinely can’t fault the Claude and Co team. When I discovered some items were missing from my parcel, I was understandably concerned, especially after reading a few Trustpilot reviews. However, the team responded quickly and immediately began investigating the issue with Royal Mail, which was very reassuring.

Jess in particular was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the process. Her communication really put my mind at ease.

The items I did receive are beautiful, excellent quality and very on trend. I’m hopeful the remaining pieces will arrive soon (and I’ll update my review once they do), but based on my experience so far, their customer service has been excellent.

Love their designs and they fit really well with plenty of room for movement for little ones

My go to brand for quality knits - had to swap a sweatshirt for a smaller size and had a great experience with customer service. Will definitely be back for more and always eagerly await the next launch

Visited the Claude HQ store in Mountsorrel and had such a lovely time browsing. It’s beautifully merchandised with lots of gorgeous gifting bits, in addition to their own brand Claude clothing. Harriet and Mona were really helpful with helping me choose a gift for a friend’s birthday. Will be returning again ☺️♥️

The clothes are such good quality and last so well - a jumper I bought for my oldest son has now been passed onto my youngest. Will definitely continue buying!

Bought a knitted adult jumper and it was well worth the money! The quality is amazing and it goes with everything! So many compliments every time I have worn it so far.

I ordered something from this company over a week ago and there had been zero communication from them - I’ve had to reach out several times to customer service and have heard nothing. Their customer service is non-existent and shocking. Never ordering from them again

I am a huge Claude and co addict - not great for my bank account on mat leave! - and they never disappoint. I’m sure all companies have their blips but they have never personally let me down, each item is high quality and sent quickly and packaged beautifully, I find their customer service to be lovely also.

Paid for next day delivery, item not dispatched after 3 working days. No phone number to contact and no response to emails. Would avoid

Item fine, the gift box and card which I paid extra for didn't get added which was a disappointment.

Brought two of the overall items, both arrived quickly and look exactly as described on the website and are made with good quality materials. There was a slight issue with one item but the customer service team were quick to respond and it was immediately rectified. Would recommend supporting this independent, small company over a larger conglomerate.

I will never buy from them again! I put a very substantial order in. It took several days before they responded and nearly two weeks for the parcel to be sent. Then when I did not receive the order and informed them they sent me a one liner saying it wasn’t their responsibility and have not responded to any of my emails since! Appalling customer service!!! And I am left substantially out of pocket!

Not yet received my order which was placed 6 days ago. Apparently they had an ‘issue’ with the gift wrap although no explanation given.and I had to chase it. It’s been sent out this afternoon they said. You would think for £5 the box and wrapping would be done in a reasonable time! If they remove my review il find many other ways to write this for future buyers. I can’t comment on the items as yet and will not be using this company again. It was a requested gift.

They take down negative reviews from their website, I have bought 5+ items from them and left both positive and fair negative and the negative ones get taken down

I ordered two items for a friend whose daughter had just had her first baby. They arrived quickly and were beautifully gift wrapped. She was delighted. It is my ‘go to’ brand when buying baby clothes as gifts. I had much pleasure choosing and purchasing clothes when my own granddaughter arrived but I stupidly ordered the wrong size in one of them. I contacted customer service and it was no trouble to swap the size out. I returned the item and within a few days the replacement had arrived. Great service, great quality and wonderful style that allows for growth so lasts longer. I can’t recommend enough.
