This blind was just perfect for use.

Arrival quickly perfect fit. Really pleased with the look.

We accidentally ordered the wrong size (despite doing our home-work on our old I.D number Velux windows.) The team couldn't have been more understanding and were SO helpful in every way (and very funny in to the mix!) Shame they don't make Plantation Blinds as that is our next requirement and We would have 100% bought from them if available.

A big shout out to Philip Lamont from customer care. I've been wanting to put blinds in the 3 rooms on the second floor for 3 years now. I stumbled across classic blinds and decided to order based on very good reviews here.

First of all, excellent attention to detail and you can tell someone has seriously thought about packaging and quality. Even the screws are well packaged with their own labels. My windows are FAKRO sizes 03 and 08 if it helps anyone. The blinds are a perfect fit and shows quality. The price is super attractive and I'm completely happy with my purchase.

One of the blinds had a plastic piece broken (where the screw goes). I dropped an email to customer service with pictures and a replacement was ordered the same day.

My only advice would be to may be add some foam protection inside the box to avoid this kind of damage as it is easily preventable. I hope this helps.

Blinds came in a squashed box and when opened, the tracks are damaged meaning the blind can't be installed. I emailed the company almost 5 days ago, and can't get through via telephone. Basically a waste of £90.... Will only order from reputable companies in future.

Considering they they had a delayed issue with delivery and one piece of the blind was damaged, After installation the spring snapped and my blind was useless.
