If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such poor communication from an online store. I am starting to think this is all a scam

This place is a joke. They are fake. They get real cocky when you cancel an order. Stay far away from them. Pay the money for real atuff

AWFUL!!!!!! I purchased a jersey for my son. When we received it he was not happy with the quality. I emailed them to see what I could do to return it. They sent me a very nasty message saying that if I read the website that t there were no returns. I did not see it and if I did I would have never emailed them I would have just kept the jersey. My issue is the nastiness and the way they went about the whole situation they told me if I was expecting something different I should have gone to the mall. I do not recommend unless you want cheap quality clothing and you don’t care what you wear. Definitely don’t give as a gift. Use more as a rag to clean my furniture

As it says on our website “if You have a tight deadline to receive your jersey please call or email to check if it’s in stock before ordering. “ Some of our customers who have posted negative reviews because their order was canceled don’t understand. We offer 10,000 different jerseys. Most of them are in stock. Some have to be special ordered which takes more time. If you order a Patrick Mahomes of course it will be in stock. If you order Javier Lopez from the 1996 Atlanta Braves that will have to be special ordered. I hope this clarifies everything because we have been getting emails from concerned customers about some negative reviews. Most if these reviews here are not meant for us. Yes the woman was not understanding whatsoever when I asked her to pay over the telephone because of a temporary problem with Shopify payments. How is that a scam? She didn’t want to do it and then went the extra mile to leave a bad review. Please understand that if you’re using a credit card and you don’t get your merchandise you are protected. We are on Shopify and they collect the payments. They pay us at the end if every month. We have to have tracking numbers entered for every order that are confirmed. Some people get it and others don’t. Please also keep in mind that not many customers who receive their jersey and are satisfied rarely leave any reviews. If you read this and get your jersey and are satisfied please leave a review to offset negative reviews. Thank you

ZERO stars I would!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I placed an order online got the confirmation ect the next day I get an email my order was cancelled “per my request “ I Emailed them back stating I didn’t NOT cancel my order!? “Anthony” emailed me back wanting me to email my Credit card .. ummm no I will not so that … then he says shopify has a hold on there business account… so then i placed another order through there website sent them an email stating i never used Shopify and just placed my order again with my Visa Anthony RUDELY responded he’s canceling it again bc i need to email my credit card or call them and give it over the phone im thinking theres a scam going on!
I told Anthony I AM THE CUSTOMER he is VERY RUDE that is not a good way to run a business!!’

I ordered a Jersey and even though it did take a long time I'm really pleased with the jersey and the customer service. Owner was quick to answer my queries when I asked how long it would be and kept me informed of the time for making and shipping the shirt. Yes it did take a long time but the company is abroad so its not going to be quick also the shirt I ordered was excellent quality and I would have had to pay at least three times the price if I bought it in the UK. I was pleased with my item and would buy from them again.

The worst! The website said that the jersey I wanted was “in stock” and “ships in 2 days”. That was a total lie. When I was not able to get the jersey as promised “in 2 days” or even 10-15 days I was referred to a disclaimer saying “that some jersey needed to be custom ordered”. It’s convenient to have a disclaimer at the way end of the site. If it says “in stock” ..why would I think that disclaimer refers to me???? I have tried to call several times but, what a surprise ….they don’t pick up! Do not order from here. Oh and BTW…the website still says “in stock” and “ will ship in 2 days” for this specific item. Oh and this is a direct quote from the owner “What do you want????? We canceled your order and refunded you. I’ll wash my car with the jersey we paid for and ordered for you. Leave your reviews. I just placed an order, and they reached out right away with clarification, and they have been absolutely lovely!
I think some people may be confusing this with the China website that’s very similar.

They can start by not being untruthful and get the orders right, I ordered a Leicester city shirt and got a Liverpool one and a refund through PayPal.

Do not order from this site. It takes an age for the product to be delivered. When it was delivered there was a problem with my order and they are not replying to any of the emails that I am sending them. Very poor customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for a personalised shirt. The delivery times are a crazy 2-3 weeks but I was confident it would arrive in time. It took over 3 weeks and then came without the personalisation id requested. They simply refunded the cost of the personalisation but I’m now left with a shirt we don’t want cause it’s not personalised!
When I ordered I went to check on my order status after a few weeks and the link to check my order constantly fails so you’re not able to see what you’ve ordered or argue with them when they muck up the order cause there’s no way of linking back to what you’ve ordered.

same issues as everyone else.. never got my order. i guess if its too good too be true it probably. its probably chinese crap anyway

This website is awful. Do not order from here. We ordered a football shirt in January and eventually had an apology in March with photos showing the jersey packaged up with our address label. Waited but still nothing. This is a total scam. My son spent all his money and some of mine on a football shirt for his dads birthday and now it has all been wasted. I will speak to my bank to see if there is any way we can get the funds back, but I fear it may be lost now. Please do not order anything from this website, they are criminals.

The address showing as the senders address was Unit 5 Trident away Southall UB3 9RE

Ordered one week ago and finally choose to use my right of withdrawal.
They accepted it but 5 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund and they stopped answering my email.

Don't buy there.

Placed an order over a month ago, no updates, no reply to any of the 3 emails sent, sounds like a scam to me.

EDIT:
After 2 months of no responses from their email, no tracking information, no updates, NOTHING, the package arrived today. The jerseys are very good authentic quality, they even have the Mitchell & Ness authenticity label on them. Cannot fault the products in any way, shape or form, but the customer service side of this was atrocious. I had already lodged a claim with my bank to have this refunded because I was certain it was a scam. Overall, I am beyond happy with the quality of the product and the price I paid, but I do not think I will purchase from them again given that the customer service does not exist.

Never even shipped my jersey. Emailed 6 times, no response. SCAM

Ordered over 4 weeks ago, emailed customer service, received nothing back and can’t get a refund until you received the goods. Absolute scam
