I sent Ryan my CV late one evening and by lunchtime the next day, he'd booked me in for two interviews, both successful. I have worked with Danny for years and he is the only person I fully trust to find me the perfect candidates for roles in school. From Senior Leaders to SEN TAs, he will only ever put forward people for the role that he is sure will meet his, and my, high expectations. Danny listens carefully and asks questions to ensure he knows exactly what you are looking for. He knows that as well as the right skills and knowledge, the right personality is key in matching candidates with schools and roles. Upon meeting Josh and George during my interview and signing up, they made me feel really welcome and excited to work! I was placed in an amazing school where I was able to improve my skills and learn more because my working needs were met. George has been very supportive whilst I've been working and has always made me feel well looked after.
