Always perfect children’s fitting!
My daughter and I have always had perfect experiences in Clarks in Yeovil. The staff there are all lovely and friendly with young children, and they are always so helpful. I ordered some shoes to the store for my 5 year old and the man there checked they fitted before we took them home which was really useful.

Back to school shoes @ Yeovil Clarks
Diane and colleagues in the Yeovil branch were really helpful and efficient. We visited the branch to buy school shoes. Diane was great with the children and, when my son’s chosen shoe wasn’t available in his size, Diane arranged for it to be ordered and delivered to us. It arrived just a few days later. Couldn't have been easier. Excellent service and lovely shoes too!

Fantastic help and time given
Today we were served by Diane and we couldn't be happier. Did she not only give us time and was so helpful, especially with our autistic son who really didn't want any shoes but was patient and understanding.

Abi served us, lovely, knowledgeable, and engaging.
Nothing was too much trouble and made sure my daughter’s shoes fitted correctly.
I would definitely recommend Abi and Clarke’s after yesterday’s visit.

Yeovil Clarks yesterday
Went into Yeovil Clarks yesterday to get my son fitted for a pair of school shoes and another pair. 3 members of staff in store, waited until someone was free for about 5 mins and at that point there were 2 people free. Was then advised I'd need to wait 5-10 mins. There was only 1 other customer in the store being dealt with by 3rd member of staff !?! I appreciate that staff work in different sections but it is a tiny store with not much stock, is this Clarks policy?As it's not working for them in Yeovil! Surely it's not rocket science to be able to measure a child's foot and help sell a product!

Brilliant customer service
I visited Clark’s to have my daughter’s feet measured and to look for some shoes for her to wear to a special occasion. Anton was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the right shoes, sharing expert advice along the way. He then came and found me after I left the store because I had left my phone behind!

We have an autistic son and he kept running away but Chloe at the Yeovil store didn’t make us feel unwelcome and was very good with him, she even gave him some stickers.
