A special thank you to 'C' at the Yate store for sourcing my Boots and arranging delivery from a local store. They were great and kept me up to date with the arrival of the item. Really great customer service and for going above and beyond.
Booked a home delivery and it was sent to store. I had a tracking number but when I went to collect they hadn't delivered the whole order (according to store staff) who proceeded to hand over shoe boxes- no packaging or delivery note! No help with locating the remaining shoes. Had my child's feet measured and then the shoe sizes that actually fit where completely different so what is the pint in having them measured in the first place. The staff member who served me was the grumpiest person I've ever met who acted like I was putting them out when it's THEIR JOB! When I went to pay they went off on a phone call so I had to stand around waiting and the other staff members just stood their until I asked if someone could serve me. Not going to bother with Clarks anymore.
