I was served by Sophie in Worcester today who was extremely helpful. She approached me with a smile as soon as I entered the shop, asking if I needed help, which I did. She then proceeded to show me all the shoes that would meet my needs and got me them out to try on. Her manner was polite and helpful. I bought the shoes.

Went in with no hope of finding a shoes for my size.
But Sophie helped me find it. She was really friendly and welcoming. She took her time to make sure that I found the shoes I truly desired.

this is a review of my sons shoes Daze Loop 2 Youth.
They are awful, I purchased these from clarke’s shop expecting a quality shoe for my child. The soles have worn on both shoes lasted 3 months not continuous ware of course as we have had holidays and week ends not being worn. The shop refused to replace or exchange or refund. Checking reviews on there own site shows lots of people have had this same issue, I will be contacting card company if i don’t get a refund as these are not of merchantable quality, i will be seeking a charge back from the card company.

The best in shop service I have received in a long time. Sophie was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Clarks in Worcester will be my first stop when I next need a new pair of shoes.

I was really impressed by the service received in the Worcester branch this week. Sophie provided an exceptional service, helping us to find a pair of shoes suitable when the original ones we liked were not available in the right size. She's managed to find a better alternative which also happened to be at a better price and helped ensure the fit was right. Really great service.

My experience was sooooo great the lady serving me ( Leah ) who worked in Worcester was sooo helpful and friendly offering to try any shoe that I needed to try on . It was definitely the best shoe shop experience I have ever had!!!

I don’t usually take the time to leave many reviews however I feel like Sophie deserved five stars. She was so lovely and helpful and made the visit lovely for our little girl and her first shoe fitting. She helped pick the shoes. She took pictures for me as it’s a milestone. What a lovely girl Sophie is thank you.

Visited the Worcester store today to get my son’s 1st pair of shoes. We had a lovely lady called Sophie who was so friendly and was very good at making my son feel reassured when having shoes on for the first time. I was very happy with the customer service i received from her and the overall experience. :)

Fin was extremely polite and helpful when I went to purchase some new shoes for my grandson in Worcester today. He measured Loki's feet and found the exact pair to fit the first time. Loki said he was very very happy, and so was I! Dr Jacqueline Blyth

I purchased 2 pairs of school shoes (1 for my daughter, 1 for my son) in August 2024.
Not even 6 months later, the Velcro on my daughter’s shoes has stopped sticking. Meaning, the shoes literally fall off when she’s running.
Clark’s have always been pretty reliable so I went in and explained I didn’t have a receipt and maybe she can find me on the system. And if I could get a replacement as these shoes are clearly faulty.
The lady at the store (with a ‘funny’ tone) said ‘maybe your daughters just grown out of them’ - I replied saying I’m not here to steal a pair of school shoes and that I want a replacement of the same size.
The lady proceeded to shout at me saying ‘did I say you were stealing?!’ In a busy shop on a Saturday morning.
I was mortified.
(Also it does feel like you’re trying to swindle a new pair of shoes when you make comments like that).
I left and walked straight into M&S and purchased a new pair of school shoes for my daughter.
For the prices Clarks charge for shoes, you’d expect their customer service to reflect. Sadly not. I will not be shopping at Clarks again. And the manager needs some serious training, face like a slapped backside.

Dani was very helpful. She was polite and patient while we went through different options with our son.

Took my 5yo in for school shoes. Brilliant service; very patient and a great manner with my child. Thoroughly impressed as he stayed with us until we found a pair of shoes that the little one liked.

So glad we tried Clarks. I was unsure about the fitting (for teenage son) when we visited a different shoe chain but the service to correctly size and fit the shoe in Clarks s really worth the visit. The staff know what the are talking about regarding fittings rather than just trying to make a sale.

Had a fantastic experience at Clark’s in Worcester on Saturday 25th January with a lovely shoe fitter called Amelia. She empathised with me over my experiences finding the right shoe with the right fit and she had so much patience and some great ideas to try and help my fitting experience be the best it could be.
Amelia was also so so helpful with finding me the best discount codes for Blue Light and gave me a whopping £30 off. Thanks so much Amelia you are awesome.
