Emily was amazing in the summer. It was difficult finding a pair of shoes to fit my daughter as she was a half size. Emily didn't give up and was very happy and positive until we got the pair that fit!
Really appreciate your patience and help as we had been trying all day!

Maja was really helpful, very attentive to what I needed, gave me advice what to do with sizing and about insoles sizing all in all very helpful was very happy with the service thank you.

Kam was super! So lovely and helpful when I was getting my little girls first pair of shoes. Knowledgable and friendly

I had a great experience collecting my item from the Wolverhampton store, thanks to Tina. She was really friendly and polite, making the whole process quick and easy.

She also suggested some really helpful extras I hadn’t considered, which was a nice touch.

I’ll definitely be shopping there again – Tina is a real credit to the team!

Visited the Clarks Store in Wolverhampton. Only needed some shoelaces. Served by Tina, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Managed to get some shoe conditioning cream too, which was demonstrated and recommended.A great shop with excellent staff

Staff Member Alex, Wolverhampton Branch, wonderful lady who went above and beyond to help me get the best shoes for my little boy, my little boy has a type of braces on his feet and need shoes wide enough to fit on top of the braces, and alex was the person for this, after we tryed on many types of shoes she finally found the ones that fitted my boy. She was amazing and explained all to me. She deserves a pay rise, she was so lovely my little boy who normally hates people messing with his feet actually fell asleep and let her carry on with what she was doing with no tears from my little boy. Highly recommend. Alex you are an amazing, kind,gentle, passionate lady. Thank you for everything you did. Will be back again.

I found the assistants to be very helpful in particular Kam ,who went out of her way to help me ,many thanks .

Raj who helped measure my son’s (he’s only 11 months) feet was amazing, she was kind and calm with him and she clapped him when he walked in his new shoes! She was truly fabulous! Thank you Raj

My son and I were assisted by Raj at the Wolverhampton Clark’s branch. Her service was fantastic. My toddler hardly ever sits still but he sat lovely for her whilst she measured his feet, then talked me through every pair of shoes my son tried on so we could find a comfortable good fitting pair. She is a credit to the store!

Raj was absolutely fantastic. She had patience of a saint. I had 4 kids she was amazing supporting me whilst they run riot.

We went into Clark’s Wolverhampton to get shoes for my mother in law. We were served by Raj who was really friendly good and helpful. She advised us on the type of shoes to get.

Went shoe shopping for my Nan and was very kindly helped out by Tina who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Really made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

I went to Clark's in mander centre and from the start it was easy breezy. Tina was the lady who served us great customer service . I went in with my nephew 1 years old needing to get him measured a first pair of walking shoes. Tina was great from start to finish. She showed me what was on stock and what was the best fit for my nephew. Tina was great with my nephew very attentive. Thank you Clark's for our experience today see you soon for the back to school madness lol.

Kam at the Mander Centre branch, Wolverhampton was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble in helping me choose the correct size boots that I didn't realise were in the sale till Kam told me they were. Kam even selected the correct inner soles to ensure a perfect fit. 5⭐️ buying experience today and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your Mander Centre branch.

Raj an employee at Clark in Wolverhmaptons had amazing customer service. Gave good reccomendations, found my shoe size in a split second, friendly conversation, patient, and enthusiastic abt the company even gave me a good sales pitch for the clarks stainless steel water bottle. Give her a raise!!
