I visited the Woking branch. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a really nice woman Sinead who attended to us and ensured my son's feet were measured and we got the right sized shoes that he wouldn't outgrow any time soon.

Sinead in the Woking store was excellent sorting the school shoes and trainers for my children. She was friendly and efficient. She brought multiple options for my 3 year old when they didn’t have the shoes that he wanted. Overall a very positive experience.

Best experience ever buying school shoes. Booking an appointment in advance and the fabulous assistance of AUGUST, meant we were in and out in under 10 mins. A very positive experience!

Tracy was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my daughters needs. I have had some absolutely terrible service from other branches of Clarks and was VERY reluctant to use Clarks again. BUT Tracy has restored my trust. She did a fabulous job.

I recently visited the Clarks Woking store for my toddler’s shoes. We were greeted and immediately served by Uma who was amazing and patient with my little girl who screamed the shop down as she does not like getting her feet measured. Uma was very gentle, kind and caring towards my little girl, allowing us plenty of time to settle her back down. Thank you Clarks, we will definitely be back

I came into the Woking store to get my toddlers feet measured and Luke couldn’t have helped us more if he tried! He was very patient, gave us so many options to choose from and just very thoughtful. Thanks again Luke!

We’ve had another brilliant experience at Clarks in Woking. Thank you! We had August today but have also had various other members over the years and all have been fantastic. Our two young children needed a range of new shoes and August presented us with a selection and was super calm and patient - especially when both kids separately decided they needed the loo! Stickers at the end were a lovely touch. Thanks again so pleased with the shoes - even better all were in the sale! Ps tried to write a review many times before and this has never worked so happy it has this time! Well done August!

It was really good and the customer service was really good and really funny and luke was a great help.

Came in for a pair of school shoes at the Woking branch for my child was helped by Augustine who was very attentive and very helpful. After many shoes we finally found the perfect pair. Overall great service!
