I had to insist they accepted the return and as soon as they reluctantly scanned the return, it was of course shown to be acceptable. Very unpleasant experience and a black mark to Clarks.

Good quality boots
Ordering and delivery was quick and efficient, boots were good quality and well made. Unfortunately, even though I ordered extra wide fitting the boots were not wide enough for my feet so I had to return them. The staff were very helpful when I returned them

I returned a number of items and was served by Hannah and another member of staff. Both were super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be served by them and wanted to recognise the great service I received.

Having been into your Witney store, I can highly recommend your Shop manager. She was extremely helpful and patient with helping my husband today. He was a little confused about his foot size he suffers with Alzheimer’s but she was so kind and made him feel there was no rush. Hope you will pass on our thanks.
