I went with my mum who has dementia and can be a handful to get her a new pair of shoes. We were served by Mo who was really helpful, bought lots of options and handled her really well.

A good place to go for shoes
The shop assistant who looked after us was Mo. She was extremely helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The shop is very well laid out and clearly managed to a high standard.

I visited the Torquay branch today and have to say the customer service I received was impeccable……I was served by a lovely and very friendly /helpful member of your team Vickey Badcock …..and came away with the most comfortable shoes!
I will certainly be coming back :)

Great experience
We went just before closing last night to get both my children’s feet measured and shoes for school and nursery. Vickey who looked after us was very gentle and kind, nothing was too much trouble we managed to get some beautiful shoes my daughter is happy with her unicorn school schools. Such a lovely lady made us feel at ease and not trying to rush us out.
