Keira at Clarks in Westwood Cross (Thanet) was very kind and helpful in finding my son’s perfect school shoes for secondary school. Thank you! 😁

Really pleased with the customer service at this location. The staff member Elizabeth made my normally very shy daughter feel comfortable and helped us find a suitable shoe along with the perfect fit (Great Customer Service). Will definitely shop here again.

Outstanding service by Zoe. We had 3 children of varying ages and she dealt with all very patiently and competently.

Queue was managed really well. Georgia was great - lovely with my daughter and very helpful. Found what we needed quickly.

Yesterday we went to Clarks at Westwood Cross, Thanet and had great service from Mary. She was helpful, friendly and kind to both of my children and helped us in successfully choosing two pairs of school shoes.

Yesterday we went into the store to buy my daughter a pair of school shoes, the sales person Georgia took us to the stall measured my daughter most competently. As a result of the measurements she showed us a range of shoes of her size and we managed to purchased one of them. The whole experience was amazing and Georgia was friendly, proactive and efficient.

we was seeved in thanet by Joy. Amazing customer service, spent so much time with us ensuring the shoes we got where the right fit and it was beyond amazing. So friendly and so concerned that we left happy.

Had an appointment for my two children to get school shoes, we were served by Elizabeth who was very helpful and patient. Elizabeth was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Great service.

I had a great experience when shopping for my sons school shoes today. The sales lady Elizabeth in Thanet store measured and made sure my sons shoes fitted him correctly and brought out different sizes just to make sure which ones were best as my sons feet are different sizes by half a size. She was very friendly, polite and welcoming. My son is very happy with his shoes.

Joy (Thanet 5424) was very polite and patient with my 3 young children. She explained that there was a lack of staff due to training, but to take a ticket, so the wait made my kiddos restless and run around a bit but got to us in due course. My 4 year old unabashedly declared "you took too long" and Joy took his declaration with gracious understanding. Then she gave us her undivided attention and assisted us to get one pair of school shoes, two pairs of trainers both £10 off and even measured the toddler's feet so we know which of the 4 year old's hand me downs to put him in. Lovely lady was kind, polite and patient.

Clarkes store in Westwood Cross, Thanet was a pleasure to shop in. Elizabeth needs an extra praise for their attentive eye and excellent customer service. Elizabeth took the time to explain the range of shoes and and asked questions about what I am looking for. For someone who doesn’t like clothes shopping at the best of times, both the clean, tidy store and Elizabeth’s help means I will be coming back again.

Fantastic service by Elizabeth in your Westwood Cross store. Elizabeth greeted myself and my family with a smile as soon as we entered the shop and asked us about our visit today. I explained that my 13yr old son required his feet measuring and need new shoes for school next term. Elizabeth has great interaction skills and chatted to my son whilst measuring his feet asking him about his day and then going on to explain to both my son and myself what size shoes he required. Again great interaction helping my son choose his new shoes ensuring he felt
comfortable in them and explained we had the option to return to the shop to check the fitment within 3 months if they became uncomfortable. At the point of sale Elizabeth asked in a polite way if we would mind leaving a review based around the experience we received in store today. At this point I discovered Elizabeth has only been working there a few weeks! I truly was taken aback, Based on my experience today would of thought Elizabeth had been working there far longer based on her knowledge, confidence and professionalism. A true credit to your company. Please pass on my thanks to her again.

Was a lovely atmosphere in clarks the other day, the staff interacted with my daughters and even played with my youngest (who is very active!)
Joy was wonderful, had to get shoes for both my daughters and she sized their feet and was very informative. Excellent service!

Was served at Clarks Thanet recently by Joy. I don’t understand where all these good reviews are coming from about her! Overly pushy in her sales approach (borderline harassment if I do say so myself) and was rude on various occasions to younger members of staff who were just trying to get on with their jobs! The young girls in there are very warm and approachable if you need them. Please don’t encourage them to take on this sales stance, can be very offputting!
