Been into Telford store twice with my assistance dog and helped by Helen who was very lovely and helpful. Got 2 pairs of shoes very cheap in the sale. Very good service and got what I wanted.

I shopped a few items yesterday and was attended by their highly efficient staff. Helen was extremely helpful in making a right choice. She helped us effortlessly with a smile on her face. The lady at the billing counter was very kind. She knew that we were in line and gave us priority over the ones who came late.

Bought my 3 year old some patent black velcro fasten school shoes and the velcro just does not stick so they are constantly coming undone, The Telford town centre branch has a very limited styles and most shoes are black or pale pink, never have any selection of colours and very little to choose from. How can shoes be of good quality and support little feet when they cant even put a buckle on them. Velcro to me is cheap and shoes are so overpriced considering they cant even put a buckle on them. Will be complaining to managers

I bought a pair of school shoes back in August ready for the new term to start.
After the first day my son came home with bleeding heels.
I immediately contacted the shop who advised me to go in straight away.
They refitted him and apologised that we had been mis measured totally. 2 width sizes wrong!
They didn’t have any shoes in his size at all, so they ordered them in. There was a £2 reduction in the new shoes so I was refunded £2 for the difference. The next day the ordered was cancelled.
The store refuse to help as they say I have to go through customer services and customer services say they have nothing to refund!!! £50 out of my bank account for a pair of shoes I don’t even have!
To top it off on the several times I have to go back in stores I have heard loads of other parents complaining about mis measured feet!
I will never ever deal with Clarks again, their customer service is absolutely disgusting and they have quite literally robbed me of £50, 6 weeks in and it doesn’t look like there is any sign of this being sorted anytime soon.

Helen our assistant couldn't have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable , informative, warm, friendly and patient. Helen will sort your fitting needs out quietly and efficiently at Telfords Clarks store

I always use this store because of the excellent customer service provided. I always look out for Helen who is consistently friendly, helpful and goes out of her way to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. She has good knowledge of the stock available both in store and on line and nothing is too much trouble.

No pressure, a very knowledgeable salesman (Glen) and great value.

Great customer service, Helen was lovely with my son. Had to swap school shoes without reciept as I was given wrong size school shoes. Helen was wonderful and managed to ask her manager to swap them for me. Highly recommend Helen!

Helen was great at the Telford store yesterday. The store opens at 10.30 and as it was the last weekend before schools start we were outside waiting at 10.15. We were second in and seen straightaway. My daughter has really wide feet and Helen was great at explaining which styles would suit her best.

Went in to Clarks in the week, to have my two children's feet measured. I had to inform the first fitter. After she announced my sons size, that his foot wasn't quite at the back of the measure. He's just turned 2. We brought some new shoes and my doubts are high, in hopes they are actually the correct size for him.

We then came back afterwards, to do my older sons feet. Same store, same day. Different fitter.

Fitter measured his feet. I picked two shoe options. He measured at a 10 & 10.5 in his feet. She came back up with size 11 shoes, as that's all they had. No offer at exploring different styles, ordering online etc.

I just couldn't believe anyone in a shoe fitting shop, would think that's OK? That's one whole size up, in one foot. Why would I bother getting my children's feet measured and fitted to put the wrong size on their feet?

If Clarks is putting the fitters under pressure to sell, then shame on them! You don't push a sale on anyone! Especially when the sale is completely wrong, for the customer and at the detriment of their physical health!
I informed the fitter that my son is hyper mobile, under a physio and the fit is very important. She then flapped some very thin clarks insole inserts at me(which no doubt, I'd have been charged for).
I was curious to see how this panned out. My sons just turned 4.

We put the shoes on, without inserts and they literally flapped on his feet as he took his first couple of steps and he said instantly, these are too big! I mean... even he has the common sense, at 4.

Inserts now in and the fitter said oh that's much better look. Meanwhile, my son instantly said the same, they're too big again. He was then questioned, where do they feel too big? Let see hmmmmmmm.... ALL Over? THEY'RE A SIZE TOO BIG!

Is it me?
I've been using Clarks for both my sons feet and have purchased so many shoes, I've lost count, but the last few times at different stores now, I've lost confidence in them and very overcharged, especially with the service provided!
Both experiences on the same day have left me utterly bewildered!
I've ordered a foot measure, from a different online company and will be doing a better job myself, no doubt.

What happened to the standard and care? Gone!

Such a lovely young man called Sam helped myself and my daughter get school shoes for her twin daughters. He measured both girls feet and then went to find the shoes we had chosen. When at the till we had a moment of doubt about one of the girls shoes. So Sam went off to get a different shoe for us to try on. My granddaughter decided she liked the first shoe and we apologised to Sam his reply was " Please don't worry that's what my job is making sure your happy with your choice. The store was really busy but I felt Sam gave us his full attention from the time he called our number till we paid at the till. The store manager should be very proud of this member of staff.

I was so pleased to be served again by Helen at Telford today. Really friendly, knowledgable and makes the experience stress free, thanks Helen

Great service from Jacqualine in the Telford store. Really friendly and helpful with a kids shoe measure and fitting.

Leanne from the Telford store was very helpful with me and my son. He was quite shy and she made him feel very comfortable. She gave us a variety of shoes to look at and he chose the ones he liked best. Couldn’t fault the service.

I was served by Louix today to get my toddler’s feet measured and we had a lovely experience. He took the time to ask us lots of questions so we could find shoes to our taste, he was really friendly with both of us and we bonded over having crazy children! My toddler normally hates new people but she was completely fine with him which was nice. When I next come back, I hope I get served by him or someone like him again :)

We visited the Telford branch with our Granddaughter, to buy school shoes and wellies. We were served by a young man called Derick ,he was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with a restless 4 year old! Excellent customer service.
