The trainers that I ordered in two sizes were delivered promptly to my local Clarks store. Picking them up and returning the pair in the size I did not require was swift and straightforward. So I am very pleased with the service I received .

I went to get boots for my mum.
Dawn was very helpful. She assisted and gave good advice to my mum.

We were helped by Harri who was great with all three of my children. They also gave us some great music recommendations- in addition to fitting shoes!

This was our second visit after buying our toddlers first shoes and we’ll definitely return. Mubanga who helped us was really welcoming, friendly and knowledgable and gave great advice on taking care of his shoes and suitable products. Very happy.

Holly and Harri from your Swansea store have just made shopping for shoes SO easy! We were struggling to find the correct style and size and Holly measured my son’s feet and gave suggestions around styles. The shoes he chose were online only and so they ordered and arranged delivery. All I had to do was pay. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We will be back! Went to the Swansea quadrant store. Was served by Harri. Was there to have my autistic sons feet measured. He was very fearful of taking his shoes off and being measured, but Harri was patient and kind and really won him around. Allowing him to explore the measuring equipment and giving him a sticker at the end. Was so greatful for Harri's kindness.

Really great advice and help from Bev in Swansea …. I have a connective tissue disorder which affects my feet and have also now developed rheumatoid arthritis affecting the small joints in my feet making walking painful …. Bev took time to really learn what it was that I needed and that I was no where near ready for classical orthopaedic shoes to look like my grandmother .
I left the store very happy with 2 new pairs of shoes and a handbag very happy with my purchases and extremely grateful to Bev for her help and knowledge.

Freddie in Swansea was lovely with my boys, especially trying to find school shoes that fit my oldest with thick, feet-correcting insoles. Add in the pair of them doing their best silly walks, the appointment went really well.

We went the Clarks in Swansea and were served by Harri - she gave us fantastic customer service. Very confident and knowledgeable and we were sorted out with new school shoes for our two boys in no time.

Freddie @Swansea branch was fabulous with my little boy, he made him super relaxed and helped him pick out some new school shoes and 'super cool' new trainers!

Nina from Clarks in Swansea is the best. We always go here for my daughter’s shoes. They always get it right and can always trust her judgement. She’s always very friendly and chatty and my daughter thinks she’s great.

Mia was very helpful with fitting my kids with new school shoes, nothing was to much and actually spent time making sure everything was right.

I called the Swansea Branch and spoke with a charming young lady called Holly. I asked about a specific school shoe and she, very courteously, checked the stock in the branch for me. After establishing that there were the required quantity I arranged to pick them up.
I went to the Swansea branch and was served by Holly, she measured both of my sons feet and advised us on the most suitable sizes for them. We completed the transaction and were advised on protection products for the shoes, we did not purchase them as we already had some at home. Holly was absolutely fantastic and made buying school shoes a pleasure. I would fully recommend going to see Holly because she does go above and beyond to ensure a quality customer experience.
