Great service from Kezia - she was both proactive and patient in helping me choose the right pair of shoes. She must’ve fetched at least 8-10 boxes out while I was there (due to Clarks’ strange sizes). In the end they didn’t have the size I needed in store but she reserved a pair at another shop for me to collect, for which I am very grateful!

Kezia was great since I moved in she welcomed me eye contact naturally, great customer care skills even if she was busy with others people she straight away read in advance my needs let me try different shoes and found the right one I was looking for. Excellent.
