My experience was great for myself and partner who both bought a pair of shoes and was given excellent customer service from Sinai A.

She was engaging, gave good advice, suggested another size of shoe might be appropriate.

She was absolutely RIGHT. Both of us left the shop pleased with our purchases and walking back to the car chatting about what a great personalised service we had from Sinai A.

She is a huge asset to this branch, personable, interested in why we were both buying new shoes!

Well done Sinai A and your manager should be hugely proud as you are a great asset to this company.

Visited Speke Retail Park in Liverpool and was served by Sinai. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant - a credit to herself and the Company.

We were in the Clarks Shop at the Mersey Retail Park and served by Sophie. She was brilliant, very patient with my daughter who is extremely fussy with shoes to say the least. We must have tried on at least 10 different pairs - various combinations of size and width. Sophie meticulously checked the fitting each time and could offer advice if something didn’t “feel” right. Thank you Sophie!

I was served today by Jamie in your Speke Liverpool store, he was fantastic with my son gave lots of great advice and my son is happy with his new school shoes. I visit store frequently and always feel welcome staff are very helpful.

Grace was absolutely fantastic with my little one's first shoe fitting. He wasn't sure at all but she was so great with him and made the whole experience easy.

I came into store in Speke today and was welcomed by a lad name luca. I know he was training as he had a female colleague along side him showing him and asking questions. I was looking to get my 17 month old sons feet measured for his first pair of shoes. Both of them were brilliant. I had to order the shoes for collection. They went out of there way to bring me other shoes out the back for my son hunter to try on for size before I ordered. He walked perfectly in them and was very happy. Both were lovely did ask me also for add ons for name tags and protection spray. Very welcoming and answered all my questions. Good luck luca on the rest of your training you did great.

Trying to find shoes for our daughter who has autism. Reagan at Speke store was absolutely amazing, she understood our daughter needs and was so patient and engaging. Although we had no purchase this time we will definitely be going back when my daughter is able to

Visited Clarks store in Speak shopping centre and was served by Reagan and Sinai - absolutely top class customer service. First time, I’ve decided to give a review due to quality service received. Keep up the great work.

I have always bought my boys’ school shoes from Clarks, but I am utterly disappointed with their recent customer service at the Liverpool Speke Shopping Centre store. During a recent visit, I was treated with such rudeness and lack of respect that I was genuinely shocked. The staff showed no appreciation for loyal customers. I even took the time to email Clarks about my experience, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment, but I never received a response. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will have to look elsewhere for my children’s shoes, as I will never buy from Clarks again. Very poor service!

Reagan was absolutely amazing with my 17 month old daughter today. My daughter absolutely hates shoes but Reagan managed to measure her feet and try the shoes on patiently and quickly, at the same time she was really playful and fun with my daughter.

My daughter and I had a really nice experience.

Honestly couldn’t fault the store and its staff, second time we have been in the last 6 months, thankyou ❤️

We were served by Lily in the Speke store Liverpool.
Lily was excellent with our 2 year old son who really didn’t want to get his feet measured. Lily also helped our son pick out the shoes that he wanted and try them one. Fantastic customer service.

Took my 2 year old grandson for a fitting. I was very impressed with the service from Reagan at Clarks Speke who patiently made it fun for my grandson.

Greeted by Thomas and guided through the process from measurements to purchase. Thanks, for the great service.
