Amazing experience given by Ayesha & Uma in Southampton. We were incorrectly measured at another store and managed to get an exchange, thanks again! Very relieved parent and a happy girlie 🥰

I found some bargains and I'm very pleased with help thank you.

We served by Saara at Clark’s on Saturday, she was very kind and helped me make the right decision on which pair of shoes to buy. I also bought 2 pairs of shoes for my daughters, she measured their feet and made sure they fit perfectly.
My daughters felt really comfortable with her and made the experience more enjoyable as they don’t like getting their feet measured.
The rain protector and polish Saara recommended were also brilliant as I was able to use them on so many of mine and my daughters’ shoes.
Overall brilliant experience with Saara and I will definitely be coming back, Thank you!

Alina at the Southampton high street store fitted my baby girls first shoes and was absolutely lovely and friendly. She made it a very warming first experience. Hope to see her at our baby’s next fitting!

This was my first time shopping at Clarks. The variety is amazing, tje things I tried on were extremely comfortable. Sadia was the young lady that helped me out, and made the experience all the better. She was super enthusiastic and friendly. She showed me options that I would not have considered on my own. Overall excellent experience.

Ayesha was friendly, patient and really helpful. My daughter complimented Ayesha on her excellent shoe lace tying! She also gave her career advice and suggested my daughter considered becoming a comedienne!
I left the store with one happy 9 year old who had been supported to choose her new school shoes 😊

Great service from Uma today at Southampton. Looking for school shoes, nothing really available in store, mentioned we liked shoes from last year, Uma managed to find them on line and ordered for home delivery 😊

The wrong shoes were sent to me in the box that were supposed to have the shoes that I actually ordered. However, they arrived quickly and the lady in the shop in Southampton was very helpful and sorted it out for me.

We were served by the assistant called Amy, she was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable about the products I asked about.

Uma was really helpful and kind with helping me find shoes for my 5 year old son and super patient! We also appreciated the 10% off. Thankyou Toby loves both pairs :)

Visited with my for year old daughter, and was immediately welcomed by Uma, who was fantastic in helping us. Thoroughly measured and fitted the shoes, and helped us find a pair of trainers in the sale that would fit as well. Brilliant customer service from Uma.

Visited the Southampton branch today with a gentleman with LD. Sadia was absolutely brilliant with him. Even when he said that he had a nice wig!!! This is his humour.

Excellent! Super friendly helpful team. Maria really knew the range super well, and we worked out what would be good. Excellent service.Working shoes are a serious matter when on your feet for shift work so thank you Clarks, nurses feet can rely on you to bring the goods!
